Somehow, the cinnamon colored she-cat found herself speeding up from a slow walk to a run as made her way through the land between ShadowClan and WindClan. There was a strange strip between the two territories which no Clans took as their own, as far as she knew; she could guess that loners or rogues came through there from time to time. Artisticpaw stopped in a clearing that was far too familiar to her now. She had a feeling it was wrong to be doing this, but how else would she be able to meet up with him? Sitting at the base of a tree, she waited for the tom to get there.

Pythonking bounded happily through WindClan territory, eyes narrowed but a smile spread across his face. His chest tingled, happy to be able to see Artisticpaw and breathe in her relaxing scent. Soon, the she-cat came into sight and he raced over to her.
-
"Pyt!" She ran up closer to him. It was good to see her her boyfriend again; she hadn't seen him in a while. "I have some good news!" Artisticpaw meowed happily. "Next time you see me, I'll probably be a warrior."
-
Pythonking purred, nuzzling her. "That's great! I hope I see you soon then."
-
She licked his cheek. "Maybe I'll see you before them, though."
-
Pythonking sighed. "I wish I could see you every day."
-
Art nodded. "I don't think Jabberjaw'd be too happy with me leaving our territory every day," she said with a smile.
-
"I wish there was an easier way." Pythonking shuffled closer to her.
-
"Well, it wouldn't be very smart to just ditch Clan life," Artisticpaw meowed with a small laugh.
-
"Yeah." He purred. "If only there was a tiny Clan here."
-
"We probably could do that," Artisticpaw meowed. "Just make a little. . . side Clan, that we visit every quarter moon, maybe every few days or so." It was intended to be a joke, but as she explained it, it actually sounded more and more possible. "Then we can be a part of one and a half Clans."
-
Pythonking purred. "That would be awesome."
-
She smiled. "Yeah, it would be," she laughed. "As awesome as a two cat Clan could be."
-
Pythonking smiled. "I think it'd be easier if I just joined ShadowClan."
-
Artisticpaw smiled, nuzzling him. "Would you really do that?" she meowed, looking up at him. "You'd leave your Clan?"
-
"Yes." He licked her between her eyes.
-
"That's great!" she meowed happily. "When?"
-
"I was thinking about a moon." Pythonking replied.
-
"That seems perfect," she meowed. "What do you think your Clanmates will say?"
-
"Eh. I don't think they'd care."
