  • David emerged out of thin air from a dark corner of the back of a store and walked out from the side to see a young woman at the counter of the cafe working a late shift. He walked in to make an order, his golden eyes were charming. "How can I help... You?" She looked curiously at his golden eyes and he returned a charming smile, "Oh, just the usual..."

About half an hour later police were called to the Cafe to report a missing person. The chef had noticed her gone after the cafe was silent for 10 minutes he began to suspect and when out to find her missing, with a receipt for a coffee was left on the counter for an unknown customer. The police report went out to the public after they've noticed a drops of blood over the counter by the espresso maker.

  • Angel was one of the first on the scene* Talk to me. *she told a man in uniform* Girl. Diane Fall. Last seen approximately 45 minutes ago. clues are a receipt, blood on the counters, and she's missing. *she nodded* id like to see the receipt. *he nodded and pulled it from a evidence bag, handing it to her. She read over it* that son of a bitch. *she muttered, reading it over*

  • Meanwhile, about 20 miles away from his home, David had Diane tied up in the back of a stolen vehicle with the song "Ain't No Rest for the Wicked" playing on his radio. Diane slowly swam to consciousness to see where she was. (Anyone can play Diane). "Morning sunshine. We're going to make a stop soon." He flashed a smile, this time in a cackle rather than charm.

  • (I'll do it. I think the other person quit)

*Diane kept calm* where at? *she asked softly, thinking he would probably rape her... kill her... torture her... which he probably was.*

*Angel went through several files, containing traffic camera pictures, stolen vehicle reports, missing persons flyers and reports, murder cases, and everything else. She finally found a traffic camera photo* gotcha. *she smirked and called the others, telling them to block the exits outside the city. She would go out past the road blocks if they got by. So she grabbed a gun and her keys, getting into a black 2002 BMW X5*

  • David parked in some over grown bushes and vines to hide his dark grey Lumina. In their location was winding forest that was known to be where many people got lost and never found... This is where he always took his victims. He got out the front and walked around to the side to open Diane's door and roughly pull her out. He had bounded her hands together when she had passed out in order to make transportation easy. David held her close to him to whisper seductively in her ear, "It's a shame to have to destroy such a beautiful being such as yourself..." A dark grin came to his face, "But of course my pets have to eat... And I've been needing a little fun."

  • *she kicked him between the legs and stabbed her thumb into his eye in an attempt to make him let her go* leave me alone!

  • He made a grunt of pain with the kick but grabbed her hand when she moved to jab him in the eye. "My you are a fighter." Holding on to her arm he began to drag her with him deeper in the forest where an old shack was covered in over grown vines with old trees juxtaposed on either side of the building. It was almost impossible to see through the underbrush and could only be found if you were close enough. "It's been a while since I've been here..." David breathed in the scent of age as he proudly observed the old memory. "Being in jail and all can cause quite a gap in time." He smirked. "I'll be sure you feel right at home," He grinned.

  • *she gritted her teeth. She would show him a thing or to, small or not. She was 27, but still seriously small in size. But she could pack a punch... and she was very skilled at biting hands. She went along with him for now*

*Angel drove past a road block, she had gotten the coordinates of a car seen driving towards the forest from a chopper. She drove up to Dead Man's Rd., turning off her headlights when she saw a red glit of a car reflector*

  • When they entered the dark shack the door shut by itself. Several shadowy creatures crawled on the walls and on the door, their red eyes glowing with glee at the new meal. David pulled out a dusty chair from the back of the room, "For you, m'lady. What can I get you? A glass of water? Maybe some duct tape?" He threw his head back in maniacal laughter as did his pets in evil chitters. A smoky figure looked up at Diane from the ground by her foot. It grinned razor sharp teeth and began climbing up her leg, it's claws digging into her skin as the black lizard climbed up. David removed the creature off of her, "Now, now you will all have your chance..." David's golden eyes looked at Diane, "Please take a seat, love."

  • no.. *she whispered, tears filling her eyes as her body trembled* I want to go home... just let me go home... Please... I wont say anything to anyone... *she begged, her eyes shifting from creature to creature, unable to move, even as they nipped at her*

*Angel turned off her car and followed he trail from the stolen car. It was quite easy, seeing as Diane had left a distinct trail. She came upon the cabin. She heard Diane sobbing from inside, but held back. she couldn't just go charging in... or... maybe she could? She smirked to herself as she let darkness envelope her, becoming one with the deadly silence. She knocked down the door easily, Two blades appearing in her hands and she attacked. First... Diane. She yanked the girl by the shoulder away from them, knocking her to the floor in front of the open doorway. As she fled, Angel shut the door* No one leaves. *she announced, her eyes a pit of blue fire as rage burned within her. She suddenly triggered something, a few words in various languages, sounding like a spell: vocatio phezu ko voorouders til at dræbe hoosku gudahood! Brenne dem, brenne dem, brenne dem! Suddenly, bright, white light came from every pore on her skin, washing the room clean and burning the shadow creatures alive. When the light vanished, she fell to the floor, alone in the room and unconscious with David.*

*Diane escaped in the car Angel left the keys in the ignition for. She drove out and sped towards town to find the police, FEDs, or anyone*

  • When Angel busted into room the creatures hissed at her and attacked. With the flash of light they screeched and disappeared, making David hiss as well, but he held his ground. After the light had passed he approached Angel, his skin sizzling. His eyes were a furious emerald green at the unconscious woman, his dagger-tipped tail swishing behind him as he moved to grab the woman's throat in a tight grip. But the flash of light must've dulled his senses because he kept hearing this piercing, high pitched sound in his head and lights clouding his vision. Feeling dazed he heard sirens on their way, Next time.... Dropping his grip on the woman he fled the scene and drove off in his car with his mind still being crippled.

  • *she opened her eyes. He touched her. He was about to kill her. She rubbed a hand on the exposed skin of her neck. He somehow felt... different than he seemed. Maybe he wasn't all bad... mostly probably, Hell, even 99%. But there was that 1%. And he had shown it when he left her go. Sirens or not. She sat up, vomiting on the floor* she*t... *she grumbled, getting up and walking out into the forest*

  • After making some distance from the scene, David ditched the car in a swamp and vanished into shadows to make it inn his house in an ungraceful manner. The remaining demons that festered his house looked at him curiously as he stumbled and fell on his knees, still dazed by the holy flash, "Dammit!" He punched the wooden floor boards in anger of his failed mission, making the shadow figures flinch. His skin still was burning but wasn't as bad as before. They were hungry and his party was crashed, She will pay... A large beast that looked like a panther on steroids and long, thin needle-like teeth approached David in a threatening gesture since he failed to provide food. It growled loudly at him, it's whip-like tail swishing behind it, ready to attack but when it leaped for David he grabbed its throat and slammed it down on the ground and grabbed his knife and slicing open it's stomach, killing it instantly. THe smaller demons knew he was not in the mood and cowered at his rage as he stood up and towered above the dead creature, "There's your dinner." He spat and went up stairs to rest and plot.... The next day

  • Angel walked for a long time. She knew that he was here. She could sense him. She wouldn't ever attack him again... only if there were another life involved than her own. She loved fighting, but he didn't exactly know who or what she was. And that she envied, that he didn't know. Not knowing meant she didn't have to show him. Or anyone else. *

  • In the streets a hooded figure walked down the street and saw David smoking a cigarette by a few dumpsters of an alleyway, his daggered tail out of visible range in the shadows. The thug approached the guy with a pistol, "Gimme the drugs!" he growled and grabbed David's leather jacket- big mistake. Not knowing what the guy was referring he didn't care and grabbed the thug's shirt to slam his back on the brick wall, making drop his pistol. He was in no mood and this guy was getting in his way. David punched the robber in the face a few times, the man raising his hands in mercy as he whimpered under David's dominance. "Piss off!" David hissed and threw the guy to the ground, making him scramble to his feet to make a get away. Noticing he left his gun, he picked it up and put the safety on before tucking it in his jeans. "Damn... Made me drop my cigarette.." He looked up to scan the barren streets for any sign of Angel, knowing she was heading this direction.

  • She suddenly appeared from the alleyway across the street. Her eyes went immediately to him as he heard a gentle but bitter voice in his head: "hello, David. Good to see you again. Sorry for burning you earlier, but you left me no choice" her apology was sincere and sickeningly sweet. She kinda ignored him after she spoke into his mind, instead busying herself with a man sitting on a bench beside a lone lamppost. She grabbed him by the collar of his jacket* Henry, is it? *he was mesmirized by her. She smiled and snapped his neck, sitting next to his dead body, still sitting next to her with a bent over head and neck*

  • Well okay then....

David saw her with odious eyes but was confused with the voice in his head, "The hell?" Recovering quickly from the mental connection he saw her kill the guy, leaving him in complete confusion, This crazy B is a freaking seductive psycho...Like that doesn't sound familiar. Shaking his head off of what he just saw and thought he heard he was not going to let her go with these mind tricks and disrupting his hunt. A car passed the street and David was gone. He appeared behind Angel and moved quickly to grab he throat and pin her to the alley wall, "The hell are you playing at?" he snarled.

  • Tsk, tsk, tsk. *she shook her index finger at him* calm, calm. Just had to kill an enemy of mine. And you. He's an angel, dumb ass. *she easily pushed hm off and rubbed the red mark on her neck* I'm playing the game of saving your ass, which is quite interesting considering that you hate me. I'm not that bad. *she said softly looking at him. * anyways, *she interrupted the silence once again* your safe. So please leave me be and let me do my freaking job.
