  • [I'm assuming this is before the fire.]

It had only been about a week since her escape from her captors. The female was lucky, for she escaped with only minor injuries. Now, she was back out in the tranquil forest, letting it calm her as she sat alone in silence, eyes closed. Her statue-like appearance was only broken by a faint call. Her ears shot skyward and her eyes opened. It took only seconds to realize who that voice belonged to.

A sigh. An agitated flick of the tail. A question: "What?"

  • That and when Fortitudo wad killed and posses

"it's our soon Fortitudo." He said starting at her and flicked his tall.

  • [Wait... Lu possessed Forty after Forty died? And is Lu in Forty's body?

Sorry, I'm like, really, really tired, and I just want to make sure. -shoots self]

The wind blew because Sunny was a tired idiot.

  • [Well, this would've been nice information to know, dude. xD]

Her neck fur rose. She did not yet know about what happened to her son. After all, she'd been gone for a whole week and was hell-bent on becoming more active around her Clan. "What about Forty? He's in the lighthouse with Palum... If you hadn't been an idiot and gotten yourself killed, they'd be long gone from the lighthouse but not now. You ought to win Father of the Year," Dragonflybeat growled at him, emerald optics narrowing in hate.

  • Dragonflybeat, well used to quick lasses from her enemies, easily dodged Lucifer's paw. A large snarl escaped her lips as she lunged for the tom-cat. How dare he try and hit her. Her ivory daggers were unsheathed and she was ready for a fight. His words had well melted and faded away before he thrust his paw at her, so she heard absolutely nothing but malicious thoughts that ran through her head.

  • No.

She refused to believe this. Hate still coursed hotly through her, dampening her natural and normal feelings. The calico opened her mouth to say something rude and hateful that would no doubt sting worse than all hornets in the world, but her words caught in her throat.

    No.

"Fuck off, alright?" the Royal Guard said as grief overtook her. Her legs felt weak and shaky, but she did not - would not - show this in front of him. She hated him and everything he stood for so she could not show him how weak she felt. On the outside, she was rigid and cool but, on the inside, she was a typhoon of pain.

  • "Me and twilight are going to kill sapphire Carnage well help too, just stay out of our way and I'll get Fortitudo back from wherever he is."

  • "Kind of fucking hard if he's dead, isn't it?" Dragonflybeat snarled, whipping her head toward him so fast that she was in danger of getting whiplash. "You and your little friends may kill Sapphire but my Fortitudo won't be back. He's been robbed of all innocence he'd ever had. You've messed with his mind, our fight did, Sapphire sure as hell did." The female's cold, heartless behavior on the outside was just starting to falter before she built it up again, against her emotional will. "I doubt I'll ever have him back - you no less."

  • "I don't know what to believe anymore, Lucifer." Dragonflybeat took a long breath and let out a deep sigh. She could feel depression slowly creeping in on her just as she would creep up on a piece of prey. She needed to go somewhere before it pounced. The female could feel her world slowing and growing increasingly cold by the second, but it was not the weather to blame for her feeling cold.

  • He walked over to get and with his paw, he lifted her face up, "I will get our sons back, Flightless, Fortitudo, and I'll even look for Hushkit."

  • She pulled her face back before he could touch her. A growl rose within her throat and bubbled up and out her mouth. "Sure you will. Just like all the others things that were promised but you never came through with. Ha, of course, you'll find all of my lost kittens. Actually trying for Father of the Year? Feel free to waltz into camp when you find them." Were hysterics possibly playing a part in her attitude? Most likely.

  • ["Time changes all it pertains to."]

She glared her disapproval at him before saying, "Yeah, well, damn whatever group you belong to this week, gypsy." Dragonflybeat flicked her tail left and right in annoyance as she trotted off in the opposite direction of her former lover. She had expected to be greeted with a warm - yet not welcoming to her - embrace. That usually upset her, but now he was cold just as she acted. It made it harder for her to remember the actual good times they had. Which was good.

  • A crunch of leaves and the snap of a twig told her he was nearing. The Royal Guard tried to dodge his tackle, but it didn't do much. He managed to topple her over before she quickly gained her balance and jumped to her petite black paws, ready in case he dared to try something again. "What's this you're babbling in about now?" An audible and grumpy hiss escaped her as she started at him, awaiting an answer.
