Jeffery is dead...
He died 2009 in a major car accident that killed all of three people, and now He's a ghost, but he still loves one girl; who never met him in his entire life. A mistake he regrets every moment of his 'existence' to never talk to her. She's very superstitious, and knows something is following her but doesn't see anyone, so she assumes a ghost is haunting her. But Jeffery only loves her and wants to be noticed. He ends up scaring her to the point of buying ghost hunting equitment, and finally sees him... What happens then?

Jeffery sighed doing the only thing in his existence making it semi enjoyable, yet not realy, for regret washed over him for not talking to her every time he laid eyes on her. H watched her blue hair with a small smile. He always loved how she died it. It looked like a buble. "I whish you could hear me. But you can't. It is sort of nice, because I can tell you I love you without you hearing. But it would be better if you could hear me. You know all of my secrets, minus the point of being aware of them, because all you can hear is wind." he said aloud to himself, but it was true what he said. all she could ever hear when he talks is wind. That's all anyone can hear.

He laughed bitterly at the thought of taking up no space and bothering someone for being there, causing a strong gust of cold wind on the summer day. People blamed the strange patterns on global warming, but he knew better. He sighed softly, though he was at least ten feet away the wind fluttered in her hair which made her look even more pretty than usual. He ruffled his hair, when he heard a loud horn from down the road and turned seeing it barrel towards era.
