    He began once again nap. He didn't know what else to do. It wasn't her fault. It was his. He drove her away. Somehow that seemed so off. Usually she drove him away for a hour to get a break from all her craziness but he had never driven her away. He woke up and grabbed a picture. He began to cry. Why did she have to grow up so fast. He wanted her young again. He held the picture crying softly, but not loud to be heard from outside the door

    She was painting. She didn't know what, but when she finished it was magnificently beautiful. She didn't know what had inspired her either; she'd just painted. She signed, sitting on her bed. She tried to imagine what had she have going through her head? She should've known she'd trigger something, making cake for her servant. What lord did she know made cake for an injured servant?

    He quieted down. He closed his eyes tears left to stain on his cheeks. He sighed and fell asleep instantly. He was surprisingly very tired.

    She closed her eyes. She was a stupid idiot. Smith didn't really care about her, did he? She was just his lord, and every caring gesture, ever word that was kind and motivated her, was only so her dads business could get along better. She didn't have to be here, because then Smith could still work for the man that he actually wanted to work for. That brought tears to her eyes, and she began to sob loudly.

    He shot up. He heard her sobbing. He got out of bed."Eklipse!"He said and ran to her. He came up to her room running in."Whats wrong my lord?"He asked looking at her. He hugged her tight."Shhh my lord."

    He held her trying to calm her down. He didn't understand what was wrong."Eklipse, Eklipse, what is wrong."He said stroking her hair. He held her close rocking her."What is wrong that has made you cry like this?"He asked still holding her. He was very worried that something bad had happened.

    "D-do you r-r-really care?" she asked, her voice shaking. "I-It's all f-for my d-dad isnt it?" she sobbed, but still couldn't move from his usual comforting embrace, because it was well, comforting, an dshe knew it was the only consolation she would get from anyone.

    "What are you talking about. I care about you so much. I just had a nightmare that you died in front of me and I couldn't do anything to die myself and not you. I'm not doing this for your dad. When you said you were moving out I was scared something would happen to you. Thats why im here in your mansion. To protect you, because yes i do care about you. You are so Amazing. When you almost got run over yesterday I had a heart attack. I care so much about you. Don't you think I wouldn't have come to your mansion if I wanted to work for your dad. I wanted to work for you child. And you only. You've been the best master anyone could ever have. I'm always here for you two Eklipse. I'm not just gonna push you off a cliff."He said rocking her back and forth. He wiped her tears and stroked her hair try hard to get her to calm down.

    It took Eklipse awhile for her to calm down. She was trembling with great force. She gripped him a bit harder, before finally calming down, her head burying her head in his shoulder, closing her eyes and trying to calm her shuddery breathing. "I-I'm sorry for saying that...." she finally managed to say, not meeting how gaze, just keeping her head shoved into his shoulder, obviously afraid to look at him. "I-I didn't know about y-your dream... I-I just made our whole situation worse, didn't I?"

    "No."He said."No you didn't."He said. He stroked her hair."You don't have to be sorry. Just don't think like that again. I always care about you. Even when you tick me off."

    "I-I really am sorry." she whispered, finally pulling her head from hiding in his shoulder to look up at him and meet his gaze. "I-I don't know why I said any of that... I-I had no right to say it." She looked back down, unable to look at him for longer than a few seconds, not with what she had just said to him, just assumed about his intentions, even though it was misunderstood, and she hadn't meant any of the mean things she had suggested about him. "Thanks for staying with me Smith..." she mumbled lowly, looking down at her feet with a shuddering intake of breath.

    "I have no reason to leave."He said hugging her."I only got reasons to stay forever."He said. "And your the first one on the list." He said. He looked down at her."Come on. Lets nap for a bit. We can in my bed or yours and just nap."

    "O-okay...." she mumbled, gently laying down and pulling him down next to her, curling up against him and closing her eyes. "I'm so sorry for saying that..." she mumbled, a yawn slipping through her lips before she fell asleep, eyes falling closed, cuddled up against him.

    "Its okay. No need to apologize. Your fine." He whispered holding her close. He covered them both up with blankets and he closed his eyes.

    He held her close and was asleep. He loved her so much, she was like a child and that was the reason he worked for her. Because she had all these different ideas and so much happyness in her life.

    Eklipse didn't really dream, and if she did, she didn't remember it. She hadn't realized how tired and exhausted she really had been, and crying so much had helped any. When she woke up, no light poured into the window of her room, and she guessed it was nighttime. She looked up at Smith, no longer thinking of him as a servant, more as an older brother.

    He lay on his back. A bit of sweat on his forehead from over heating. He was sleeping but had no dream. The day had worn him out.


    (Maybe we should have a fire burn down the mansion or something soon.)

    She gently pat his cheek, trying not to wake him, but if he was having a nightmare, hoping to soothe him. She rubbed her eyes, realizing how hot his skin was, and moved away, giving him space to breathe and cool down.
