  • Maj. Kane stood with her soldiers at the 50ft wall to enter and exit Haze. She looked around at the smoking and already destroyed buildings before her, scrunching her nose at the horrid stench of the city. All Military ranks and Government workers lived in the other side of the wall in the city of Purity, only called because of the leader lived there. Turning her gaze to the left, she glanced at the bloody bodies of a half-blood that tried to get over the wall, just to fail as she shot him with a poisoned bullet, which is used to kill all half-bloods and vampires. She could only hope no one found out of her being a full vampire and killed her with those bullets

  • Hiding a grin on his face, Selim stood within the back of the ranks. His progress of making it into the government had increased. Despite not being part of it yet, he was rather close. Gazing around at the destroyed city, he didn't feel much from it. Despite hating humans more than anything else, he still felt nothing for others.

  • Iris turned her head, smelling the distinct scent of death, not rotting bodies, but the scent of a vampire. She turned to the group of trackers in the front of her and pushed through the group, grabbing Selim's arm "Come with me" she said in a growl that only he could hear.

  • "Yes ma'am," Selim said calmly as he followed the Major. He knew something was different about her and he might be able to prove his thoughts depending on what she was going to say. He kept his expression calm as if he wasn't really worried.

  • Maj. Kane was going to confront the fact that she could sense his being, but she thought more about it and chose a different topic. "Im leading a team of trackers along with a few soldiers to go to the ghettos of the Haze. We've got a tip that there is a refuge house hiding a few vampires there. Your going" She said in a demanding tone, not willing to take no for an answer

  • "Very well, Major," Selim said calmly, adding in a bow. It could be taken as disrespect or respect, he'd let her decide. Blinking his calm eyes at her he spoke again, "Is that all?" If that was all, he might as well return to his line of duty until it was time to leave.

  • "Don't get smart with me, nipper" Maj. snapped, using a term for a vampire. She narrowed her steel grey eyes at him and turned, heading back to her post. She removed two of her soldiers from her flank and told them to regroup near the Trackers to keep an eye on them, knowing they weren't fully trained to fight

("Nipper" is a term for vampire )

  • Selim smirked and chuckled lightly, he was right. Walking back over to the Tracker's line up, he purposely kept a calm grin on his face. Oh, he wanted to mess with the Major so much now that his suspicions seemed true. Popping his neck, he glanced over at the guards forming near the group. Smart... I guess... he thought to himself.

  • Delvia stands in the alley, her back pushed against the wall of a building. She hears the footsteps of her pursuers and holds her breathe, her owl on her shoulder swiveling its head to focus on the noise. Delvia sees the men run by and breathes out, closing her shiny blue eyes,

  • Maj. whistled for her few guards to go on break for half an hour while she took the time feed. Walking past the Trackers, she eyed a male in the alleys who was beating up a teen for no reason in particular. She approached him and kicked him off of her and dragged him down in the drainage tunnels and sank her fangs into him, drinking the warm, sticky liquid. She released him a minute later, leaving him drugged with her venom, known as Haze. IT wouldn't turn him, but it would give him a bad headache later. She wiped the blood from her mouth and washed the scent away with water before heading back up to the city alley.

  • Selim had eaten earlier, but he didn't let his victim survive. Of course he purposely left the body where he had killed the human and of course no one knew it was him. It was quite amusing to watch the government and other humans freak out over the incident.

  • Maj climbed back up the ladder to the alley and walked over to the Trackers, giving them an expectant look. Some males were goofing off with a girl in the group, teasing her. She pulled them away from her and took their swords and red tracker jackets that all the Trackers got "Go home, you can get theses back when you've learned respect" she snapped and watched them go

  • Delvia had been being chased by Trackers. They had found a body of a man in an alley and she had been nearby. She had just drank rat blood and had blood dripping down her face so they blamed it on her. She sure as hell didnt want to stay behind and explain to them, so she made a run for it.

  • Maj. Kane had gotten word of a girl suspected of being a vampire and killing a man in the ghettos, but she knew it wouldn't get far with them. She believed on examining the body, he was killed by another human, not vampire scent lingered on him

  • Selim was just casually conversing with the other Tracker's of both genders. All throughout the conversation it was respectful despite his hate for the mortals. After a moment he noticed Major had returned, that grin creeping back onto his face. "Anyway, I heard there was another person killed in the Haze and they spotted the killer," he purposely spoke a bit louder to get the other Trackers into the conversation.

  • "Where are you getting your Intel? Stop gossiping and go with home, all of you. The day is nearly over, sunset in only a few minutes away." Maj. Kane said to the Trackers, waiting to be handed the trackers robes and the swords from everybody

  • Delvia launches herself onto the street as she hears one of them saying they saw something in the alley. She figures her best chance to escape would be to run, so she does. Her owl flies above her, swiveling its head to look at their pursuers every once in a while. Delvia is beginning to tire and begins to slow. She doesn't know what they will do to her if they catch her but she doesn't want to find out.

  • Shrugging his shoulders lightly, Selim removed his jacket and grabbed his sword. Handing his equipment over to her, he began to walk off with the group of Trackers surrounding him. He had become quite popular in the group. One of his many skills was deception.

  • Maj. Kane put the jackets and swords in the back of the supply truck and sat on the back, watching as she whisked by all the Trackers in a second. The trucks here were fast, she eyes Selim and grabbed her automatic rifle from behind her and held it infront of her while she drove farther away

  • Oh, this is going to be fun... Selim thought to himself. Continuing to chat with the Trackers he paused and waved good bye in front of his house. Entering it, he glanced around for a moment before slipping on a large coat. Putting a hood on, it completely hid his face. It was time for the hunt.
