A small, some what calico two moon old she-kit shuffled into the nursery, looking around. She only came here because the big warrior told her to, and she had no idea what to do. She saw kits with their moms and frowned, then sat awkwardly near the entrance, sighing.

A tortoiseshell kitten giggled, flipping a leaf with her paws, as she was on her back. Her small white paws flashed in the early morning sunlight and her white-tipped tail twitched.
Finally, she grew bored and she couldn't feel her paws. VeraKit flopped over on one side, and waited until the feeling came back to her claws. Who knew playing with a leaf could be so exhausting? Her hazel optics scanned the clearing, looking for something else to do. She couldn't find JuniperKit, nor PaisleyKit, and not even OwlKit. With a huff of annoyance, Vera rolled over again. This time she noticed someone else--a new kitten. Someone she hadn't seen before. Quickly, the tortoiseshell hopped to her paws and put on the friendliest smile she had to offer. Besides, what was a good impression if it wasn't a great smile and friendly greeting?
Trotting up to her, VeraKit dipped her head. "Bonjour!" VeraKit greeted with a dip of her head. "My name's VeraKit, but you can call me Vera. What's yours?" Vera is known to be a little skeptical about how she presents herself. She has glossy, fluffy tortoiseshell fur that usually sticks up around her shoulders and rump. Her unusually long tail has a feathery look to it, and is quite the sight if she‘s happy. Vera‘s paws are all white, except for her right front paw. The white extends about halfway up her leg. As you might have heard from Vera herself, they are a pain to keep clean. And I‘ll give you this--she‘s not lying. At least every day she comes back with all four caked with mud or dirt. Moving up, she has a small, neat white muzzle. Her semi-triangular face is mostly hidden by her bangs, which usually fall if she is moving around a lot. Her green flecked hazel eyes are wide as any kitten‘s, and have no hesitation to give away her every emotion. Vera has a small, neat compact body. When her kit fur finally flattens and smoothes, she‘ll have a thin frame perfect for agility and good for certain battle moves.Personality:
[font=american typewriter]Vera has a very outgoing, laid back personality. She usually never panics in a rush, and definitely has an attitude. Her mouth gets her in trouble quite often--even if she doesn't intend to.
Vera also likes to make others laugh--a lot. She has this need for attention sometimes, and will do almost anything to get it. But in other times--rarely-- Vera's mouth has gotten her out of some sticky situations. She can't seem to listen to anything for very long, and seems to tune things out that aren't interesting.[font=american typewriter]---Likes (at least 3):

But here's the catch: The problem isn't with Vera, it's with her mother. Who said a Clan-born kit is always pure-blood?
SnowyBriar was in fact a loner. But since she was only three weeks old at that time, it's not like she could remember much. After being found by a ThunderClan apprentice, SnowyBriar put her past far behind her. Vera hasn't said much on the subject, she hardly remembers her mother telling her she was part loner at all! But when she can remember, Vera can go on a rant that might last for what seems like hours. But this tortoiseshell lives a happy, and so-far-peaceful life in the nursery. -

"Oh... well where is he?" Paradisekit mewed. She had hoped for some siblings, but was glad that she did have a father now, too.
