    Well if you can draw you can pretty much animate. There's a couple of difficult steps along the way but it's pretty much just drawing the same picture over and over again accept a small movement in each one. Just takes practice really.

    Why not try using Windows movie maker,or Pencil (Really good software) or Beneton Movie gif (Okay software,I used it when I first started animating)
