  • Snowbird nodded and laughed, "I'm ok!"

  • Iceblade pricked her ears up. She could hear them. They were close.

Nightbreeze looked up and sniffed the air.
"I think we're way out of our territory." She smelled a familiar scent and froze. Her fur bristled. no. It couldn't be.

  • "We should go back." Snowbird mewed nervously, "something doesn't feel right."

  • Nightbreeze gulped. But she felt herself creeping forward. She didn't reply.

Iceblade smiled deviously. thats right. Come forward.

  • "Nightbreeze?"

  • Nightbreeze blinked intently and narrowed her eyes. She padded through the snow, towards the scent.

  • "Nightbreeze!'

  • "Shh!" She meowed.

  • "What is it?" She whisered

  • "I smell something....." She paused. "But it couldn't be....." She meowed softly.

  • "Come back!"

  • Nightbreeze shook her head and gestured with her tail for Snowbird to follow.

    Iceblade smirked.

  • Snowbird followed reluctantly

  • Nightbreeze's fur bristled. A cave came into view, and she walked cautiously in.

"Hello there," Iceblade drawled from the shadows.

  • Snowbird squeaked and turned to run

  • Nightbreeze held her tail up.
"Wait," she growled, glaring at Iceblade. "She might have something interesting to say."

Iceblade let out a low, bone-chilling laugh.
"Very good, sister," she meowed, stepping out of the shadows.
"Indeed I do." She gestured to the vile beside her. "Do you know what this is?" She whispered.

  • "Let's just get out of here!' Snowbird cried but she knew she couldn't leave with ought Nightbreeze.

  • Nightbreeze shook her head and gulped. She felt rooted to the spot.
She fought to keep her voice steady.
    "T-that's the.....the.......violet rose p-poison, right?" She stammered.

    Iceblade purred.
    "Correct."

  • "The what? Let's just GO!'

  • Nigthbreeze gulped and shook her head very slowly.
"If we leave, she'll release it," she said shakily. Every hair on her pelt stood on end.

Iceblade grinned from ear to ear.
"That's right. So why don't you stay for a while? Have a seat why don't you?"
