  • OOC: I can play twolegs, right?

IC: Drizzle's twolegs entered the nest. In their paws they carried a black and white she-cat, about 10 moons. They set her down and the she-cat looked around. The twolegs started making cooing sounds. Not much could be understood except that they where calling her "Marble". Marble sat down and curled her tail around her paws. She sniffed the air and glanced around.

  • Drizzle was sitting in the garden when the twolegs brought another cat. She walked into the nest and sat down across from the newcomer. "Hi. My name is Drizzle." She said, introducing herself.

  • "Hello there!" Marble replied cheerfully. "My name is Sariah." Then the twolegs did some more cooing and mentioned the names "Marble" and "Drizzle." "But I guess it's Marble now."

  • Drissle looked up anoyed at the twolegs. "Honestly, I can't stand it when they do that." She said half to herself. Turning back to Sariah, or Marble, she asked "Are you new around here?"

  • "Ya," Marble replied. "My other housefolks got rid of me." She didn't seem at all mad or annoyed at this. "Do you think you could show me around the nest?"

  • Drizzle looked at the twolegs again and then back at Marble. "Sure. Follow me." She said and started walking around the nest, pointing out things like good places to hide, where she would be fed, and where she could sleep. She went to the garden last and pointed out a perch in a tree and a good place to catch mice.

  • "Cool..." Marble smiled. She trotted over to the tree and climbed up clumsily. She sat on the perch and gazed over the garden. As she looked around she caught sight of a movement in the grass. She scurried down and crept towards it. She didn't get very close before she snapped a twig and sent the mouse scurrying away.

  • "Bad luck." Said Drizzle. She wondered if Marble was good at hunting at all. She knew nothing of how some kittypets just eat those nasty pellets all day.

  • Marble shrugged, indifferent."That's what housefolks are for." She crouched down and wiggled your hindquarters, as if about to pounce. "Want to play?"

  • Marble got an excited smile on her face and sprang at Drizzle with great force. She slammed into her, attempting to knock her over.

  • Drizzle fell to the ground and battered at Marble with her hind legs, claws sheathed. She twisted around under her weight, finally managing to twist free. She quickly got up and stood on her back legs, sheathed claws pawing the air.

  • Marble reared up as soon as Drizzle wiggled free. She started batting back at Drizzle, trying to set her off balance.

  • Drizzle wobbled on her hind legs but managed to stay standing. She leaned forward and started wrestling with Marble. She was smaller than Marble was but that didn't stop her from trying to win.

  • Marble leaped backwards suddenly, releasing herself from Drizzle's grip. She hoped to make Drizzle fall with her body there for support. If Drizzle did fall, Marble would be on Drizzle to pin her down within seconds.

  • Drizzle lost her balance when Marble leaped back. She fell down on her side and tried to get up quickly. She was to slow though and she noticed Marble ready to pin her down.

  • Marble saw the chance and leaped forward. Pinning down Drizzled, she batted her ear playfully. Though she wasn't doing a very good job of holding down her playmate, she thought it would be good enough to prevent Drizzle from escaping.

  • Drizzle struggled to get up, but couldn't. Then she remembered a trick she had seen when she had witnessed a fight between two rogues. She let her body go limp, the sign of surender or defeat. She patiently waited for Marble to release her grip on her.

  • Marble giggled and sat up. "I win!" she mewed triumphantly. "I might not be a great hunter, but I sure have a talent for fighting." She smiled and licked the back of her paw, completely unsuspecting.

  • As soon as Marble let go, Drizzle jumped up, flipping Marble over in the proses. She jumped on Marble and held her down. "I'm better than you think." She said playfully. Deciding the fightwas over, she got up and started licking her paw and drawing it over her ear. "But your right. You do have a talent for fighting." She said in between licks.
