Fjord and Bolt talked and flew for the rest of the day. Finally, once the sun set, they sat at the edge of their cave.
Bolt?, Ford asked Bolt, his voice like honey to a bear.
Yes?, Bolt asked the same way.
Would you... Be my mate...?, he asked desperatly. Bolt pzused for one moment and began to cry.
Yes! Oh yes Fjord, Bolt cried. That was when the two dragons felt in heaven, as if it was not real. They began to make love inside the privacy of their cave.

Sapphire Jewel woke up sleeping around her eggs. She saw the fire diminishing and quickly revived it. It was dusk. She had slept through the day and was now hungry again. She walked to the edge of her cave, only to stop when she heard a Crack!. She turned around and saw a tiny crevice in one of her eggs. The crack grew bigger and an Emerald dragonling appeared. She was over come with joy as each of her 12 eggs hatched into six Sapphire and six Emerald Dragonlings. Sapphire Jewel knew she couldn't leave them to hunt. She had to get cow milk to feed them though. Speaking in her soft Latin voice, she said, "Now, now. I will be back my darling angels. But if you want food you need to stay quiet. I want one of you to tell me witch one didn't follow my orders. I want you to take a nap somewhere where I cant find you. Then come out when I get back.". She watched as each of her dragonlings, already knowing how to speak in Latin, scrambled to find a hiding spot. She flew off with these words in her head: Dairy cow, Do not hurt in any way and let the young drink before killing it..

Bolt stepped out of her den and began to sing, One step closer... I have died every day waiting for you, darling dont be afraid I have loved you for a thousand years, Ill love you for a thousand more....

Sapphire spotted a Dairy Farm. She flew down. A cow was giving birth then and there. She knew it was mean but she took it while the calf was just coming out. She flew back to her den as fast as possible. "my darlings. I'm back!". Sapphire Jewel called. Her babies scrambled out. "What's hanging out of its rear?", one asked. "I must ask you to stay in here. I am going outside. Do not follow me or you will only feed for five minutes", she explained. Sapphire Jewel flew to the entrance and up on top of the cave. It was flat so the cow could stand. She saw the calf's head and grabbed hold with her teeth. In the cave, her young were quiet and patient. She flew off to find another cow. Another farm that was closer had other dairy cows. She grabbed one and brought it back. Then she flew out and landed next to the cow. Her babies suckled inside. She grabbed hold of the calf's head again and ripped it out of the cow's body. Blood spattered everywhere and she threw her snout into the cow's rear, making it moo in distress. She pushed in farther and felt it's bladder. She ripped it out making the cow fall to the ground, still alive. She went in again and grabbed hold of one of 4 stomachs. She ripped each stomach out. The cow mooed louder. She sunk her teeth into the utter and ripped it off. The cow's moos were now feeble and weak. She did the same with this cow and ripped the bone off it's head. Sapphire Jewel tore out the brain and chewed it.

IC Bolt and Fjord spent the rest of the day just as yesterday, but while Fjord hunted, Bolt flew around her territory. She scented another dragon. Hi there!, a voice yelled playfully. She turned and saw another male dragon who was a beautiful deep blue. Bolt blushed. Ello!, he said again. ( British dragon!) Bolt waved him hi back. Im Bolt, you? Bolt asked. Why Im no Bolt! You just said you were! So that must mean I Lock!, he laughed. He had fins like the lockness monster too. Bolt almost invited him to her lair with Fjord, but knowing him... How about tonight we meet at this lake tonight?, she asked. Sure Bolt!, he responded with joy.

Sapphire Jewel ate the body of the dead cow and calf. She washed off any blood that was on her muzzle in a stream that ran all the way to Bolt's cave. Her hatchlings called her. She flew in and saw they were all sitting in a perfectly straight line. Each had milk on their faces. She brought them to the stream and told them to wash off their muzzles. Each did as was told. Now milk went to the cave of Bolt & Fjord. She didn't notice and herded them into the cave. They all had wing sacks that would break in a few days. She was glad. Only she didn't notice one egg that was smaller than the others had been. A hatchling popped out. She squawked in an odd way. Sapphire Jewel and her hatchlings saw this. She was just going to give them names. The newest hatchling was Emerald Green with Sapphire blue swirls. Sapphire Jewel beckoned her over. She came over and sat with the others. Sapphire Jewel announced, "I am going to give you names now". All the dragons gave little roars of excitement. The smallest one squawked again. The others looked at her. "I will name you Taqqic!", she said while pointing to the one on the far left. "Come over here", she beckoned. After naming the first twelve she had, Taqqic, Mariko, Zelda, Mac, Dominic, Nicole, Mariah, Zachary, Ravi, Luke, Soren, and Kludd. The smallest one was next. She pipped with excitement. "I will name you... Kira.", Sapphire said. All the others burst into cheers except one. He was Kludd. This small dragon, Kira, might be small but her life wouldn't be long. He swore he would kill her someday. Kira squawked in happiness. Sadly, she didn't know Kludd's plan. That he would try to kill her because of her scales. She had rare coloring. Swirls were so rare that a dragon with them was born only every century. Sapphire Jewel didn't notice this.

Torin flew around Sapphire Jewel's territory, not knowing it was claimed. Sapphire Jewel flew out and saw him. He fell in love instantly. So did she. They entwined tails. She offered him to sleep in her cave. He said yes politely.

As Bolt snuck out, she saw something strange swirling throught the river leading to her mountian. She did not care, she was focused on seeing Lock. She found him sitting at the edge of the lake smiling. Hey Lock!, she called. Lock turned to her, his eyes shone like bloody rubies. Ello... My love, he responded strangely. Bolt did not know why... But she began to shake... Lock then turned, his fangs were stained with blood. L-Lock?, she gasped. He pounced at her and jabbed his claws into the membrane of her wing. Bolt screamed ,and Fjord rammed rammed Lock in his side. Lock fell into the lake. Fjord?, Bolt asked. He nodded and chopped Locks head off clean with his sharp tail. Bolt hugged him and said, Fjord...I love you with all of my heart... That night they cleaned up their wounds and slept peacefully.

Yeah. Kludd goes to the dark side. He wants to recruit more hatchlings. Are you going to lay eggs? And Taqqic joins him on the quest to kill his sister.

Sapphire Jewel watched the dragon follow her back to the cave. She let him in. He looked so nice when he saw the hatchlings. She didn't notice Kludd and Taqqic talking.

Kludd talked to Taqqic in a whispering voice. "What?!?!", he screeched. The others were playing too loud for any one to hear. "Shh!", Kludd said. "Why on Earth would you want to kill or little sister?', he asked, stunned. "She might ruin my plan to create the Pure Ones. I hope I can find other hatchlings.", he replied as though every day a hatchling wanted to kill their sister. As though it was usual.

Kira jumped in the air. Her sister, Zelda jumped after her. They were playing tag. Zelda was really fast, but because she was smaller, Kira was faster. Zelda leaped and tackled her sister. They laughed.

Bolt soon showed signs of pregnantcy as her belly swelled up each day. While Fjord was gone she seceretly snuck off to Sappire Jewels lair. She walked in as innocently as she could. Hello, I jist wanted to get to know my neigbor, Bolt said happily. She could see the little hachlings play.

Nadira flew past her land and not to far out a waterfall that was right bext to a hotspring. She chilled in the warmth and peacefulness of the enviorment, eventually falling asleeo

"Hi!", Sapphire Jewel said, standing next to her new mate, Torin. He was nice and hunted for her and brought back grass for the cow to produce milk. The hatchlings had wings now and were learning to fly. They copied what Sapphire Jewel did. But Kludd and Taqqic came up with flying moves of their own.

Kludd showed Taqqic a new move he came up with. He flew up then flipped forward in the air, scratching it with his claws as well. Taqqic tried. He did it perfectly. They had organized a plan to steal a bunch of hatchlings and train them as Pure Ones. This plan had not gone into effect yet. Mainly because they had to get more practice with stealing things. They practiced air-snatching. They took turns with pieces of an old log they had cut up.

Kira flapped around. Her wings were like marble. They were magnificent. Everyone (except taqqic and Kludd), had stared in amazement at them. She and Zelda came up with a new game. Air tag. One would fly as fast as possible while the other would try to tag them.

Torin nuzzled his mate. He loved helping out with feeding and caring for the hatchlings. His favorite thing to do was collect grass to make the milk that fed them. He loved this because he was helping them get stronger each day.

ooc: Yeah he will take a few boys and girls to create the Pure Ones.

Bolt watched happily said goodbye and flew home. Fjord stood at the enterince angirly. My dear why would you leave the cave! There are monsters!, he hissed. Bolt rolled her eyes and went to sleep. In a few more days she became week as she was going to soon have her eggs. Her belly now looked as if it had pounds of bowling balls in them. Now stay here while i get something for your nest so our childern wil survive, Fjord said confidently and flew off. My babies will be just fine, she said to herself. She knew she would have many eggs. Once he got back he set up her nest. Then Bolt felt as if her stomach was coming out, as in she is having the hatchlings. After lots of painful long hours the 12 eggs were hatched at sunset, like when Fjord said he wanted to become her mate. T-Twelve eggs!, Fjord gasped.

Nnadira was waken by two young dragons. They were old enough to be off there mothers milk but not oldc enough to be on your own. Shhe asked then where there mother was there rply of gone worrying her. She had the two get on her back before flying to saphire jewels cave, making her were abouts known by taping her metal clawsa on the rock. This was the only dragon that she knew had children nit that she had ever met her but she could smeel it. Maybe these two were hers though that was a long distance for such small dragons

Bolt and Fjord loved their hatchlings before they hatched. All of the eggs were white like their father, exept one which was black. One began to move. It cant hatch yet!, Bolt gasped. It cracked open. The poor dragon hatched to early. Fjord bowed his head and buried it by the mountian. He put a tombstone up that said, In loving memory of the first hatchling.

Sapphire Jewel came out and saw Taqqic and Kludd with another dragoness. "Why do you have my kids?", she asked.

IC Bolt waited for them to hatch impatiently.

Because I. Was at the hotsprings, sleeping, when they started climbing all over me. I figured they belonged to you. Didn't want them getting hurt" she said allowing the little ones to get off her back before sitting at her full hieght

Kludd and Taqqic knew they would be in trouble.

"Thanks", Sapphire Jewel said while pointing at the two then at the cave.
