    Shadow gave Vio the extra support and nodded, making. A face of discust at the much worse rotting smell now. "Y-Yeah come on....." He started to walk still making sure that he was at least close enough to Vio so the light wouldn't hurt him.

    " Th-thanks Shadow...." He ignored the smell of rotting corpses... it did give him a head ache....
    SOme villagers manage to get around the fire because they went a different way since they spilt up...
    " Get the bewitched child and the demon! Burn the demon at the stake! " Some villagers ran over and forcefully ripped Vio out of Shadow's grip....
    " Wah! Let go of me! Shadow!" Another villager slapped Vio across the face... " Snap out of it! You've been bewitched by that demon!"Reffering to Shadow... The villagers managed to pry Shadow and Vio from each other...

    Shadow screamed and thrashed, but couldn't escape the hold that he was in. "Please let go! I'm not a demon! STOP!! At least leave Vio alone!" He panted, tired from the light and how muh he had been screaming.

    One of the villagers turned to SHadow and spat in his face
    " Peh! Yeah right! You burn in the light, bewitched a child And you have red eyes! How does that NOT spell, ' I'm a demon ' written all over you!? " Then he turned to the other villagers that have Vio...
    " Make sure that the demon doesn't see the child... and do what you can to help him... It might be too late for him... He might be a demon himself.... If that's the case... then they'll burn together!" The villagers that had Vio hauled him away...... as for Shadow.... They took him away as well.... as the sun was setting... Shadow was tied to a stake in the center of the village....
    Yelling could be heard..." I'm not bewitched, I'm not a demon! Untie me please!..."

    The villagers didn't listen to Vio.... and lit the wood surounding the stake lit on fire....
    " Stop ! I'm not a demon! Why won't you listen?!"
    The villagers still ignored Vio and then started tgo throw.... wood that was lit on fire... and oil into the fire.... so it would burn brighter,.... it eventually started to burn Vio as well...
    Vio would yell out in pain.... because of the fire that was lit....
    " Stop! I'm not a demon! I'm not bewitched!"
    The villagers continued to ignore Vio.... and poured more oil into the fire...

    "Nooooo! Leave him alone!!!" Shadow struggled to escape the ropes that tied him down but it wouldn't work. The fire caught on Shadow too, but on cue it didn't hurt him at all. Anger grew inside him and he growled at the villagers. "You can kill me but stop hurting Vio! Let him go!!!!"

    One of the villagers shouted to Shadow...
    " You bewitched this child to the point where he is a demon just like you! If we let him go he'll terrorize us like the demons before!"


    Vio was getting burned.... from the fire.... and crying a bit as well....
    " Ow! Shadow! Help!" Vio tried to get out of the rope.... it really didn't seemed to do him good.... it seems like it had tar on it....

    "I'm trying I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" Shadow started to bite the ropes in hope that they would tear apart. Finally some came undone and he was free. So Shadow drew his sword and cut the ropes tying Vio to the stake. "Wah! I'm so sorry you're hurt Vio!" His eyes flickered as he turned back glaring at the villagers. "You'll pay for that....." His anger got the bet of him and he made ten fire blast at all of the homes in the village.

    Vio didn't care.... He just wanted to get out of the burning flames...
    Vio knew that he had burn marks on him.... since of how long he's been in the fire... the villagers were now focused on saving their homes... one even shouted....
    " I knew it! They are both demons! "
    Vio was hurt... he wasn't sure if he could feel anything... since his hands had burn marks and so did his feet...
    " Please... hurry Shadow...!"

    Shadow grabbed Vio and ran as fast as he could. "We have to find a source of water!" He was frantic now, unable to even think straight but managed to find a lake. "Aha!" Shadow quickly started to splash water on Vio. "Is it working?! It has to work you can't die now Vio!!!"

    Vio flinched as the water was it was splashed onto him.... it was working.. he would have very bad burn marks on him....
    " Shadow.... I'ts working. but I have an idea that might work better than frantically splashing water on me...." Vio took off his boots... then got into the lake.... he was still near the edge.... so shadow could grab him incase he went under.... but he woul have burn marks on his hands and feet...
    " I won't be able to feel anything on my hands and feet for the time being... because of my burns... so Shadow.... You'll have to look out for ,me alittle more than usual..."

    Shadow started to cry. "This is all my fault.... I should've been more careful! I'll take good care of you Vio...." He frowned.



    Ooc: trick or treating time, I'll be back at 6:45

    Ooc: Okay! Collect as much candy as you can !


    IC: Vio wiped away Shadow's tears....
    " Its not your fault Shadow... They thought that I was bewitched.... and if you weren't there I would have been dead..... And that doesn't mean that I'm compleletly numb.... I can still feel things... just not with my hands and feet at the moment.... But I'll recover..... Not right away... But I'll recover.... I don't like seeing you sad.... Cheer up Shadow, you didn't lose me completely... I'm still alive.... " Vio then hugged SHadow,.... ouit of compassion....

    "B-But I let us get caught so easily......" He trailed off thinking about it for a moment. Maybe.... I should have more revenge and burn more people. They should die. Shadow seemed to smile a little, he thought that maybe revenge was the answer.

    Vio was still hugging Shadow.... or at least he thought.... he wasn't sure... it was really hard too tell with out feeling in his hands...
    " We should get some place far from here.... Incase the villagers come back.... okay?...."
    Vio released Shadow from his hug,.... and tried to get up... he had in feeling in his feet... and it hurt to stand up as well...

    "I'll carry you." Shadow said quickly lifting Vio up in his arms. When will I have my revenge?! The smile seemed to fade away, and Shadow bit his lip.

    OoC: I'm too lazy to post Vio's dream this morning....
    Ic: Vio didn't wake up until the next morning.... with a pained expression on his face.... along with worry.... and muttered in self reassurance...
    " Its just a dream.... nothing to be worried about.... right?..."

    There was a huge town surrounding Shadow. "Hunh? Wh-Where am I?" He looked down noticing that he was tied up on a stake. His crimson eyes widened in horror and he tried to get free of his bindings. Suddenly fire bursts onto the stake, but this time Shadow could feel the pain. It felt like the light did. "No- wah please stop!!!" "How does it feel?" Shadow saw Vio standing here watching him, with a sad expression on his face. "V-Vio?! I'm sorry- I'm sorry! Please help me!" Vio looked up at him and muttered. "Why should I help you? You let my hands and feet burn." Shadow screamed as the fire started to burn him more and he couldn't feel a thing anywhere on his body. "UWAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!"
