^{-I glance up hearing a knock on the door followed by the voice of my new wife. I sigh for a second before standing up off of the bed and going over to the door to see what she wants. I open it and ask "What do you need Jade?" It may seem kind of harsh but at the moment I don't care. I wasn't for the marriage like she was, I protested against it but my dad didn't care and my mother died years ago before my dad and I even moved to the town. He told me that I was going to find the woman he loved through an an ranged marriage like he did. Sure he got married at least once every few decades but it doesnt bother him. But it bothers me big time, I don't want to marry someone after I bite this one or she dies, it's just weird. Also in my opinion unfair since they have no idea what I am and what might happen if I get to mad or hungry. I give my head a slight shake before focusing back on Jade, might as well deal with the present right?}

^{-"No" I say simply realizing that I have a problem now. Eventually she will wonder why I'm not eating food around her and start asking questions and drawing conclusions. I'm not worried about her guessing that I'm a vampire but the other ideas she might get won't turn out well. If she tells her parents something and they get mad there is going to be trouble and a lot of it since my dad isn't the type to stand down.}

^{- I sigh will relief when she leaves before closing the door and sitting back down on the bed. I stare out the window at the cloudy skies above and grimace, what am I going to do when it gets sunny out? My dad obviously didn't think this through well enough.}

^{--I like your siggie by the way!}

^{-I sit there thinking for a moment about what to do before shoving the thoughts aside. I'm usually pretty good at just thinking on the spot so it's nothing to worry about. I stand up and walk out of my room to find something else to do than just sit around.}

^{-I walk past Jade and pause to see what she is doing before continuing to where I was going. I stop at the sliding glass door at the back and step out. I walk out to the edge and look around at the area around us with a sigh. This is nothing like home at all, I could just run but then my dad and others would find me before I could even get to a different continent.}

^{-I sigh before just leaning against the railing. I watch as a bird flies over head but other than that I do nothing much.}

^{-I snap out of my boredom endured trace hearing plates clattering in the sink. I walk back inside and head to the kitchen to see what she was doing but she isn't there anymore. I head out to the living room and flop down on a couch and stare off into space.}

^{-I sit up from my position on the couch and look out the window. It's morning already, better fake going to bed now. I hurry to my room and hop into bed and lay there with my eyes closed like I do every morning.}
