He grabbed a plush toy then threw it at Ian. "Don't be ridiculous." he said, buring his head into the computer.

The alpha couldn't hold back a chuckle as he caught the toy. "But I'm not," he replied, absently looking the thing over.
-
"Yes, you are. We both know that I'm not mate material." Julius said, typing away so Ian couldn't see the look on his face.
-
"Only in your opinion," he replied with a smile before setting the plush down next to Julius.
-
"Only my opinion?"Julius scoffed. "Over half of the Alpha's in our school think the same thing."
-
"Fine. In yours and some other alphas' opinions. My point; not in mine," he replied simply.
-
Julius glanced at him then snorted. "Yeah, right."
-
"Why do you think I'm lying?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.
-
"Yes." Julius answered.
-
"Why?" he asked. "...My old group?"
-
"There's that." Julius said.
-
"Well, no need to worry about that. I watched them get pumbled and walked away, so I doubt they're keen on me hanging with them again. What else?" he asked.
-
"You know what else." Julius said.
-
"No I don't," he replied.
-
"Because you feel the same way they do." Julius said.
-
"How do you know?" he asked.
-
"Because you joined in." Julius said.
-
He was silent for a few moments before sighing. "Yeah... I did. Would it be too cliche to say I regret it?" he asked.
-
"Kind of." Julius answered.
-
He shrugged lightly. "Oh well. Cliches don't come from nothing," he muttered.
