Power Approving Board? +Approving of Invisibility.

^{I had bought the power of invisibility a long time ago, and got it approved, but I never used this. Now I have a new character, Lady Midday, which I want to use the power on. I keep getting this feeling that there is a board for approving powers, but I can't seem to find it. But anyways, my question was, could I get the power approved again, and if there is a board, could someone locate it to me?}
