[justify][size=1]Lolita calmly paced down the hallways of the mansion, humming softly to herself as Summer, her chickadee, rested in the large bow firmly placed on the back of her neck. The snow colored doll was having one of those days where she simply could not keep her senses in check, and ghosts drifted in and out of her field of vision. She didn't mind, as most were friendly. However she was forced to ignore them, as she would rather her powers be kept secret. Lolita did not open up to anyone, ever.
Although she had only joined a mere few days ago, she was already beginning to enjoy her new home. Nearly everyone in Sunclan appeared completely normal and polite, just what she wanted. She felt her thoughts drift back to her life before this, and quick flashbacks of her brother and father pulsed through her mind. Their angry faces, attacking her and violating her in so many ways made her cringe in horror. She would never go back, ever. Not for the dead litter she had disgustingly abandoned, not for her helpless mother, not for anyone. This was her new life. This was her chance to start over.
They were the reason why she was fucked up in the head. They were the reason she was not attracted to males her age, but ones much, much older than her six months of life. It was sick and twisted but she couldn't help it because it was all she had ever known. She could not change herself, so she needed to hide what she really was. A kit killer, trash, a piece of shit. There was so much more. Lolita finally shoved the memories away, offering a tiny smile to the ghost of a kit that was drifting by her with a worried look on his face.
