Eternal rested her forehead in her hand, rubbing her temples. Tori is right.......maybe I should just assign them to something to do with staying home. She mused, furrowing her brow. So many people, only one of herself. A second in command would be great. But, who was trustworthy of the title. Dice? Well perhaps, but he wasn't very good in a crisis. I'll consider it later... She decided with a small sigh.

Tori strode back into camp, wondering if Eternal had gotten her subtle hint. She thought she'd make an excellent second in command; her fighting skills were nearly as good as Eternal's and she had proven herself to have a cool head in times of crisis... "But why would she pick me?" she wondered aloud. "I'm not exactly the most looked up to girl in the camp." She laughed a bit; that was probably an understatement.
-
"I'd just like to let you know, that Tori gives me the chills." he said with a shiver. "If i was trapped in a dark alley with a choice between a wraith and an angry Tori, I'd choose the wraith any day."
-
Eternal barked a dry laugh. "Don't worry. I'd protect you from big, scary Tori." She joked, though her voice was rather flat. It had been a somewhat funny statement, but she was having difficulties even keeping her eyes open.
-
As far as weapons go, do we have any, and if so do we use them to fight the wraiths?
IC: Tori sighed, taking a seat leaning against a tree just outside the camp. It was quiet there, but she still had a close eye on everything going on. If a fight broke out, she could easily break it up. Maybe it was because she was so tall, but she could stop even two guys from going at it.
-
OOC: Wraiths can't exactly be attacked, due to their being practically shadows. So no. No weapons. Sorry if you wanted a bada** sword or something xD
IC: Eternal folded her arms over her chest, squinting up at the sky. "We should probably get home......" She muttered, turning on her heels. The sound of an explosion jerked her from her train of thought. It didn't sound like it was from home, but it was definitely worth checking out. She whipped back around and headed in the direction of the racket.
Dice lifted his head from whatever he had been looking at. "The hell was that?" He wondered, standing to look out the window. The other four shrugged in turn, following him over.
-
Didn't think so XD
IC: Tori was jolted from her thoughts by a loud explosion. She was thrown to the ground, though it didn't seem to be anywhere especially close to her. The redhead rocketed to her feet, dashing off in the general direction of the smoke plume.
-
OOC: You can have a brofist though *holds out fist*
IC: Eternal pulled her shirt over her nose and mouth, venturing inside what was once a building. She looked around cautiously, not believing this could have been done by a Wraith. But, there was no one. Not a corpse, not a Wraith, not a body. Just some broken glass, and a few stray bits of the house. She furrowed her brow in confusion. What the hell was this? A joke? A warning? Whatever it was, she was not happy about it.
-
OOC: Sorry for not posting sooner. I haven't been on in a while.
IC: Atlanta almost ran into Gregory. She had been watching her back thinking Wraiths were following her.
-
"Diabhal é," Tori swore under her breath as she surveyed the building. "What the hell was that?" She turned her inquisitive gaze to Eternal; surely she must have an idea of what had caused it. But she didn't see any Wraiths or human remains. Could the bomb be set on a timer, if it was a bomb at all. Tori shook her head; what would the purpose of that be?
-
Gregory was confused by the girl bumping into him and the random explosion. "Whaaa?" He said, stumbling backwards.
-
Eternal backed out of the smoke, removing her shirt from her mouth. "I hope everyone at home is okay." She cleared her throat quickly, heading back to collect Gregory and get back.
-
Gregory saw Eternal walking to him. "What the check was that sis?"
-
Holding her brother closer Atlanta apologized. "I am really sorry about that. I really should have looked were I was going."
-
Gregory saw Eternal walking to him. "What the check was that sis?""No idea. Couldn't find anything." Eternal rasped, coughing to try and expel the smoke from her lungs. "We should check on things back home. I don't trust this." She mumbled, reaching for his hand to drag him along.
-
"Things were fine when I left it," Tori confirmed. "But that could have very well been their plan. I hope this isn't other survivors; we should be working together, not fighting each other!" The redhead rolled her green eyes, exasperated.
-
Gregory was dragged forward behind Eternal. He looked over his shoulder at the two. "C'mon, you decided to join us at an exciting time."
-
Eternal forced a reassuring smirk at the two, but it dropped within seconds as she turned back in the direction of home. As they arrived, she beat on the door with a fist. "PAUL! OPEN THE F*CK UP!" She called to him, unsure wether he was in the arcade, or out front.
Paul tore open the door and practically dragged the lot of them in. "Eternal you gotta see this!" He exclaimed, pulling her towards where a circle of members sat, staring down at what appeared to be Dice's head. The Leander's stomach did a flip as she gaped down at it. "As soon as Tori left, BAM!! A whole horde of those b*stards came storming in! We tried to reset the Pulse, but it wouldn't work with the f*clers inside!" He explained, starting to ramble.
-
"What the #### happened here..." said Gregory, for once at a loss for words. He had never soon Them do anything like this before... He hadn't been a close friend of dice's, being one of the people on that bus, the second gen survivors, but it was odd, just seeing someone you felt like you knew for their whole life, just... dead. "And what the heel is the pulse?"
-
Paul looked to Eternal, gesturing for her to explain. Eternal took a deep, shaky breath.
"The Pulse is a somewhat force field that we've created. It pulses every time an entity decides to come around, sending them backwards. Someone must've hacked the controls. Kael, be a pal and go check it out." She ordered, earning a nod from the blonde male. Focusing her attention back to the remains of Dice, she grabbed his hair, and went to put it in a place where it wouldn't scare folks.
