District 23 was a school made in the 1950's for troubled children. An old Asylum during the 1800's that closed down due to low funding, and soon a hospital for the ill during the war in the 1930's, District 23 is unique. We welcome any troubled student who is from the ages of 14 to 18, and hope to show them a new way to live. Dorms will be easy to take care of, you may bunk with who you please. We have many noise complaints such as screaming, banging, laughter, running, footsteps, children crying, smashing, and even in some cases angry yelling. Our classes are fundementally small, and we only accept 16 students a year. We welcome you to our lovely district and hope to see you soon.

Curfew is 6:30 p.m. No one is allowed out in the halls, or outside for safety reasons. Windows, and doors must be locked as well.

Lights out at 9:45 p.m.

You must follow the schedule for feeding periods. Breakfast is 7:10 a.m, Lunch is 12:15 p.m and dinner is 6:00 p.m.

Fuka is a very happy person due to his past. He's friendly and doesn't mind the fact his sister is always with him. He loves to joke with others and is somewhat a fighter when forced to be.
Biography:: Fuka grew up in a disaster home. He knew his father abused substances and his mother was obviously insane. He's the one who put the call in for their mother to go to an asylum. He took over taking care of Each other, and hates it when people gets in his way. He doesn't really sleep due to the physical abuse he received from his father when he'd come home drunk. At age 11, he was diagnosed by the school councilor with a History of Physical abuse and a sleep disorder.

Any Mental Illness's?::
Fuka's only illness is his sleep disorder which means Disruptions in sleep can be caused by a variety of issues, from teeth grinding to night terrors. When a person suffers from difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep with no obvious cause, it is referred to as insomnia. Along with the Physical Abuse he took from his father.
Why are you Here?::
Because they said They needed a better upbringing than what Fuka and Conner had. If Fuka and Conner wouldnt of aggree'd, Conner would Have been placed in a Asylum and him in a foster home.

Conner is a very quiet, girl who mostly doesn't speak to anyone but Fuka on any matter. She's timid when around others and refuses to make eye contact. But with her brother, she is
Biography:: Conner and Fuka are both twins, but it never seemed that way at all. Conner took the looks of her father, who was prone to substance abuse and usually was never home. Her mother was quite crazy as to talk to herself daily and fight with air. When she was seven, her mother was taken away and their father pronounced dead. Thats when the Nightmare Disorder began. During school she'd seem to have minor panic attacks, which woud end up in Fuka fighting the people.

Conner suffers from a very dangerous disorder that occurs during her sleep. Nightmare disorder is another term for 'dream anxiety disorder', is a sleep disorder characterized by frequent nightmares. The nightmares, which often portray the individual in a situation that jeopardizes their life or personal safety. She also suffers from Stage One Schizophrenia and often is telling people of who speaks to her and what she Hallucinates.

Conner is here because her school and the law believes her and her twin older brother need severe help

As much as he tries to hide it most of the time with teasing and rudeness, Souji is a good-natured fellow. All the same, he seems to be the type of person who likes to keep important information to himself, just to see what happens. He doesn't really like to befriend others, but when he does he will most likely be a kind sweet sarcastic individual.
Biography::
When Souji was younger, his biological mother killed his younger sister and father before calmly waking him up and trying to kill him as well. Souji was saved from a nieghbor who heard the screaming and called the police. After that, he wasn't very kind and usually tried to fight anyone and everyone who got close to him. He was adopted when he was seven and hasn't minded his new parents and usually is calm around them. After four and a half years, Souji was diagnosed with Impulsive Control Disorder.

Souji seems to think he's fine when really he has Impulse control disorder. Which means failure to resist a temptation, urge or impulse that may harm oneself or others. In any case.... He i smost tempted from stealing, burning things and fighting others.
