Beth sighed, sensing Sam's apprehensiveness. She'd figured that that would've been his response. "I just mean that if you two are going to have a hard time working together, it's going to affect the whole group. We all need to be able to work cohesively if any of this is going to work, so that no one gets killed, okay?"
She glanced over at him and then looked back out to the road, the breeze gently making her long hair brush against her face. "Of course. You've only known me for a few hours, maybe, and Dean only two days, right? What business is it of mine? You don't have to tell me what's going on, Sam, if you don't want to. I'm just trying to help."

Sam nodded, taking in her words. She had a point and him and Dean's relationship at the moment could affect the rest of the group. He sighed, "I'm not going to tell you what it was about." he said, "But, I will tell you this. Dean and I had a disagreement. He didn't trust me, and I didn't want to believe it. I'll try my hardest and I hope Dean will too but I'm not promising anything. I'm sure Dean wants to get over this argument as much as I do, but that's sort of hard-" he stopped himself from continuing but instead chose his words carefully, "With this type of situation." he said and shook his head slightly, "You wouldn't understand. But all I'm saying, is that what Dean and I have is between us and if you confront him he won't be too happy about it." he looked at her, "But we will try, and I promise you that."
-
Beth nodded with understanding. She hadn't gotten the information she'd hoped, but it was a start. "Good, and I'lm gonna hold you to that promise. I won't tell Dean we had this talk, then."
She pushed herself up off the curb and looked down at Sam. "I don't know what's going on, but I do know what it's like to fight with a brother. If you ever want to talk about it, I'll listen." And with that, she turned on her heel to walk back in the room. -
Sam nodded and watched her leave. He took his face in his hand and rubbed his eyes. He drew a deep breath and stood up walking in after her.
-
Beth walked in through the doorway and acted casually, back to her loud self. [b]"Where the hell is Dean with the food?!"[b]
-
Sam smiled to himself when he heard Beth's shout and looked to the door and Dean strolled casually in with some fast food. He laid it on the table and took the bits of food out of the bag, "Burger, fries and chips."
Sam walked forward and Dean threw a hamburger at him. He caught it swiftly and looked at it, "Really?" he asked.
Dean already had half his hamburger in his mouth, "Yeah, yeah, just eat your hamburger."
Sam rolled his eyes and opened his hamburger and took a bit of it, sitting down on a chair. -
Beth strolled over to the table and grabbed what she could find. Of course, she'd kept in mind the others that probably wanted food also, but, this was her idea and she was gonna credit herself. "I'll take that, and that, and that." She said, grabbing a new item with each 'that'. She took herself back to the bed she'd been sitting on earlier and sat herself on it, crossing her legs.
"So, Dean," Beth started, "you run into any demonic specimen while you were out?" -
Dean looked at her and shook his head, "None whatsoever. I don't know what's up with it but the demons must be in hiding." he told her. Taking another bite of his hamburger he asked, "How about you? Found anything?"
-
Beth stopped mid-chew and panicked inside. She'd totally forgotten that they were supposed to be researching that entire time. She'd have to make a quick save right then and there. She swallowed quickly and shook her head. "Nah, nothing yet. I'm pretty sure Lucifer is here, though, we ought to start thinking about where he'd hide, like warehouses and crap? Dunno. I'd ask your angel friend. You know, that one whose ass is constantly disappearing." she started rambling, a nervous habit of hers, and she'd never realized that she was doing it.
-
He raised an eyebrow at her, "Woah calm down." he said, looking at her somewhat accusingly, "We know what we need to do, no need for constant," he moved his fingers and his thumbs together up and down to gesture as talking, "talk." he said, smiling sarcastically and taking another bite of his burger.
Sam looked doubtful then relieved slightly when Dean didn't say anything but something told him that Dean would talk to him later. He glanced at Beth and gave her a warning look as if to tell her to act normal and looked at Dean, "Why don't you ask Castiel to come here?"
Dean looked at him from his burger, "Why can't you do it?" he asked, chewing his food.
"Because Castiel says that you two have a more profound bond." he said, smirking as Dean glared at him.
"Shut up." he said to him and sat back, "Fine."
"Hey Cas, we sorta need your-" he was cut off as the sound of beating wings echoed in the room and Castiel appeared in the room.
"Help I know." he said, "I think I know where Lucifer is. Come with me." he said before disappearing. Dean looked around and threw his hands in the air, "Well thanks for the freaking address." he said.
A piece of paper appeared on Dean's fries with an address and Dean looked at Sam, "Awesome." he said sarcastically, throwing down his hamburger. -
Beth shot Sam an apologetic look before watching Castiel appear and disappear...again. Damn, Dean wasn't kidding. She sighed and nodded her head towards Dean, now aware that she needed to talk normally. "So, where's the paper say he is?"

Ooc: I'm going to skip a few hours for my character so she can meet up with you guys. I was thinking she could check into the Lone Star Hotel, and somehow overhears you guys talking about defeating Lucifer. Then Logan can join you.
*Little Time-Skip For Me!*
Logan pulled into the hotel's parking lot, exhausted. She opened her stolen car's door and hopped out, shouldering her bag. She reached into her car to pull out a cheap coffee she bought earlier to help her stay awake.
She slammed the door shut and locked it. Logan turned on her heels to come face-to-face with a young man. "Move," He grumbled as he pushed past her. What's his problem? She thought as she walked into the hotel's lobby.
Logan approached the front desk. "Um," She started, speaking to the lady seated there. "Can I rent a room for two nights?"***
Logan opened the rooms door to find an incredibly small room with a huge bed and horrible view. She didn't care, however. These were the kind of rooms she was raised in. Logan sat down on the bed, sighed, and closed her eyes. "Finally, some peace."
-
OOC: That's fine they're going out to a warehouse now so maybe when they're walking out?
IC: Dean looked at Beth, "Some old warehouse a few miles away." he told her standing up, "Let's go." he said, putting down his napkin. He turned and walked out the door, "Coming?" he asked a he walked to the impala. Sam sighed and shrugged as if to say, why not? and followed him out the door.
-
Logan lifted her head up off of the bed. She stared at the door before standing up. She walked over, left hand grasping her knife. She put her right hand on the door knob as she put her ear to the wood. Logan heard people speaking, and a door open. She didn't know why she was so suspicious--it was only a hotel. Just as she was about to retreat back into the depths of her room, Logan grabbed hold of the door knob and opened the door.
When Logan looked around, she saw two boys leaving the room next door. She could have sworn that one of the boys had a weapon in their back pocket, because she had thought she had seen metal. She kept on looking at them, not really noticing or caring if she was staring. -
Dean turned to Sam, "Okay so Cas said that he knows where Lucifer is, but do we want to just check it out now? Because at the moment we still don't have a plan."
-
Logan's jaw dropped the moment the shorter of the two guys said "Lucifer." She pocketed her knife, pushing it into the inside pocket of her green coat. She slowly walked towards them, still trying to piece things together. When Logan reached the two boys, she snapped out of her haze and started at them.
"Lucifer. Lucifer, you said that! Who are you, wait I know. Hunters! Yup! My father told me that other hunters...well, you don't see many of them. But here, two, in the flesh! You know, I probably should keep my mouth shut but, I'm sure there's no one else staying in this crummy hotel. Why are you here, anyway? Long story short, I'm here because my car blew up...as I said, long story. Anyway, back on track. So, yes, I'm right? Hunters? Both of you? And what's that in your pocket? Knife? What are your names? I'm Logan."
Logan took a deep breath in and stuck out her hands, expecting the boys to shake them. -
"I'm comin', I'm comin'." Beth ran out after them and turned around to find another new person in front of her, babbling. Another hunter. Great. she thought. Another recruit for this damn suicide mission. Beth stood and waited for the Winchesters' reactions, sticking her hands in her pockets with her eyebrows raised.
-
Dean raised his eyebrows at her in surprise and looked at Sam before turning back to...Logan? "Umm Hi." He seemed to do a once over of her and noticed she was young, "You're a hunter?" he asked her, raising an eyebrow.
-
Logan sighed. "Duh." She said, shrugging her shoulders. "How else would I know that, A, you guys are hunters, and B, about Lucifer. I mean, not many people say 'Hi' by talking about hunters and Lucifer, right?" Logan scratched her head. "So, you know where Lucifer is?"
Daniel continued to walk down the street. He spotted an old warehouse up ahead and entered it, closing the rusted metal door behind him. When he entered, he saw a man with a gray t-shirt on sitting on a black chair, off to the side. The warehouse was so old, bland and dusty that the fresh coat of paint on the chair made it stick out.
"Nice chair, Lucy." Daniel said, smiling. "No hunters. I think we are good for the first strike."
Ooc: Who's RP-ing Lucifer? -
OOC: Well if anyone wants to volunteer then them otherwise I'll probably be playing Lucifer
IC: Dean sighed, "You're new at this aren't you?" he asked looking at her, "A, you don't normally run up to people telling them about hunting if you hear the word "Lucifer' and B," he said, using the same tone of voice she was using, "Why do you think we're going to tell you anything?"
Sam sighed rubbing his face, "I'm Sam, this is Dean. We're the Winchesters." he introduced himself.
