My story as a Time-Lord --- A FiMFiction

I lie on the floor of my TARDIS wondering about my father, I haven't actually met him, The Doctor, but there's something I just can't… understand I guess. So my mom was his wife I can at least say that much, and I think the reason I can regenerate is that she traveled with him so mush when I was a fetus. Anyways I was born in the jail and shipped away to some orphanage. I ran away at fifteen though. They all wanted to figure out why I had two hearts, why at fifteen I still looked ten, and a few other things that would involve me dissecting me. Yeah, you can go die in a hole. I ran away and came across someone else that looked lost, and his name was Captain Jack (no not from Disney) and at first I though he was a time lord or even my dad but then I found out he was just a former time agent. He bounced me to London so I could talk to the companions that he told me Dad had lots of companions over the years and I wanted to find one, Donna Noble to be exact; but as you can guess, she never showed up, and I had to wait about two hundred years for her to even meet the doctor and finish being his companion. I asked her mum and dad but they had nothing. So it continued that I only knew the things that Jack and Mom told me, that dad was a wonderful person with knowing kind eyes and a mysterious aura just floating about him. Like I didn't know that. Well, at least I found my TARDIS, the beautiful girl. I think she was abandoned before the time wars and her master never picked her up. I found her as a telephone box in the 1960s. She's about a meter by a meter with blacked out windows and green boarders. Her door was unlocked too; I don’t know why. When I went inside it was just a white sterile laboratory with a simple dash board. I changed that immediately. Silver and gold with green and blue borders, and goldish orbs floating around the control center like suns. All the buttons were black with silver labels with a blue glowing background.
'Were to?' I think gazing at the silver sealing with green lights twinkling like stars and blue swirls twisting about. Poneyville, I think its been a while sense I've seen Twi. I press a few buttons ands pull the gauge, with a loud pop I look down to see my beloved hooves. I take off my human clothes and walk out side, spreading my wings. I love being an alicorn, its so free
The first time I had come it was by accident. I walked out with a horn and four legs extremely confused, only to have a pegasus with a rainbow mane immediately mow me down. "why thanks" I had yelled at her, my horn sparking and then her wings disappeared with a light blue spark from my horn and a whoosh.
"What did you do!?" she had screamed then pulled me to the library. Thats when I met Twilight Sparkle, she had just become an alicorn and Princes Celestia told her to find a student, me. I spent about three years there learning about magic. And next thing I know I'm doing spells almost as powerfully as Twi. About five years later, and my studies finished I was an alicorn too.
I trotted towards the library and opened the door with my magic "Hi Twi!" I called finishing braiding my mane and tail, the blue streak very apparent.
Twilight Sparkle ran out of her basement "HAPPY SHY!!!!" she says her eyes bright with excitement "you came back" she smiles.
I smile, no one has every been happy to see me except for these ponies. Ever with maybe the exception of my mother when she visited. My real name isn’t Happyshy, of course, my real name is Forest; but that is my pony name. Pinkie gave it to me after when I bounced by accident and I was so confused I didn’t even know what my name was. Pinkie had immediately started babbling about my father and then gave me a name.
I hug the lavender mare and then sit next to the table with the bust on it. “so how have you been?” I ask.
“Okay...” Twilight begins hesitantly.
“What happened?” I say seriously
“Just Carrionites”
I glare at her “was my dad here?”
She looks down shamefully “you just missed him”
I jump up, furious “THE DOCTOR WAS HERE AND YOU DIDN’T TELL ME?!?!?!?!?!” I scream “I've been chasing him my entire life, two hundred years Twi! And you didn’t call me or anything?” I gaze at Twi, my whole life, and I just missed my goal. Tears begin to well up in my eyes, and next thing I know, I'm on the ground; my body shaken with sobs.
I push away Twilight’s hoof I didn’t want any help from the young alicorn. She didn’t understand. “Imagine coming to the end of you studies,” I start “and then you fail the passing test, and you have to start all over again.” I sit up and look at her seriously “Because thats how I feel right now.” I stand up and fly out the door to Sugar-cube Corner; Pinkie could usually cheer me up. With the bell the pink party pony bounced up from behind the counter
“OOOOOOOOHHHHHHH!!!!!” The pink mare gasped her, fluffy mane standing on edge. “You came back!!!!!!!” she cheered bouncing around “You know what this needs?”
“A party.” I mumble.
“A PARTY!!!!!” PinkiePie jumped around happily a smile plastered on her face “whats wrongy wrongy wrong?” she says.
“I missed him,” I grown. “Twi didn’t call me,” I sit down on the chair and look at her “Can I have a cupcake??”
“OOOOOOO” She bubbles on “I love cupcakes! Do you like cupcakes? I think they are amazing but its up to you.... Wanna cupcake?”
“YES!!!” I yell, Pinkie set me on edge the best of times, but now she was simply driving me insane. “All I want right now is a vanilla cupcake with chocolate icing and sprinkles!”
The mare looked at me her mane deflating a little “Okay grumpy pants!” she snorts as she trots away.
I put my face on the table and growl, this is a horrible day! All I wanted to do was come and visit the girls, and now I have just missed my dad and all Pinkie wants to do is her supposedly never fail medicine, party. And with complete honesty, I'm an introvert, so party-ing's right out for me. I sit up strait and brush my mane out of my face, and in the temporary silence as PinkiePie gets me the cupcake, I listen to the the thumping “Bum-Bum-Bum-Bum--Bum-Bum-Bum-Bum--Bum-Bum-Bum-Bum” Along with the sweet symphony of a song that follows, high beautiful voices that help me when I’m in trouble. To most they just sound like pretty music, but for me, they are the closest things I’ve ever had to a parent. I suppose, if you believed in God, they could be considered angels singing with his divine voice. I believe it’s the universe ticking away with the heart beat of a Time Lord, and the songs of the Ood; but either way, Twi or The Doctor would just call me crazy. Being crazy is good though, if you are completely sane you’re just boring.
I look up as my thought are interrupted by a cyan pegasus flying into the room at high speeds “Oh hi RainbowDash!” I say
“HappyShy!” she squeals happily “your back!” Rainbow canters up and sits next to me “what’s wrong?” she asks.
“Nothing” I lie, badly by the way.
“Nothing” She wines in a horrid impression of me. “what’s wrong” she asks seriously.
“LOOK!” I say “I don’t wanna talk about it, okay?”
RainbowDash glares at me with a sinister gleam in her eyes “be that way!” she bellows with a snort.
I sigh; aren’t I just being the greatest friend today? Piss everyone off? CHECK! Be a giant bitch? CHECK! Then be mean when they try to help? YES. FREAKING. CHECK. No one understands! They all believe that by being friends everything will be rainbows and unicorns, and yes that is kind of true, but rainbows and unicorns isn’t gonna make me feel any better.
“Here HappyShy” Pinkie says as she walks in from the back of the shop with my cupcake.
“Thanks” I say as I throw two bits on the table and levitate the small pastry in front of my face “This is great” I complement with a smile. I wolf down the rest of the delicious treat and get up to leave, but before I do so, I run to the back of the shop and quietly hug PinkiePie. I here a small squeal of joy and there’s a little more fluff in the party pony’s mane. “Bye” I say with a grin.
I trot away from SugarCube corner and work my way back to the library. I pause, the power of the time vortex is really strong here; but why? I turn on the spot and the only thing I can tell is out of place it an abnormally large Police Box, something that doesn’t even belong in Equestria. My eyes widen Police Box! My dad is here! I can’t believe it! I jump with excitement, and run up to the door, then stop. Why was The Doctor here? Wellp! May as well find out.
“Thump Thump!”
“Derpy go away you insufferable mare!” I here an extremely grumpy british sounding voice from within.
Than can’t be my father; but this is a type forty TARDIS, and as far as I know, his is the only one. He sounds like he’s discorded or something! “It’s not Derpy!
“Ugh!” The TARDIS door swings open with a creak and an angry greyed chestnut stallion with a messy mane and enormous bags under his eyes emerges. “What do you want?” he growls with a swish of his tail over a hourglass cutie mark.
“DAD!” I collapse on the confused pony, I could tell it was in the right period of his timeline too, so the doctor that Twi was with earlier must have been about a hundred years in the past.
“Get off me!” he says with a swish of his tail “I have no idea who you are, or why you are here but I Have. No. Daughter!” The stallion swings me off of himself and brutally strikes me across the cheek with a hard, strong hoof.
“What happened to you?” I wine, my eyes tearing up with confusion and pain. It was rather obvious that he was discorded, but could he really be this bad?
“I retired!”
Then I remember, I stalked this guy for two hundred years, I can do this! “Doctor what happened to you?” I begin feebly “What do you think Rose would think of you now? Or Micky, or Donna. They loved you! And you have thrown all that compassion into the trash! Even Martha would be ashamed of you now, look how far you have fallen!”
My discorded father glared at me evilly “Yes! Remind me of all the people who’s lives I’ve ruined, that’s a marvelous strategy!” He closed in preparing for another blow to my already bruised face.
“Then what about Amy and Rory Pond?”
“They died!” he screams
“And I’m sure your faithful TARDIS loves having a stuck up jerk as a pilot.”
The discorded Doctor raised his hoof for another blow.
“Fish Fingers ‘n Custard” I gasp, this time preparing for the blow, but it didn’t come. I look to see The Doctor’s hooves turning a lighter shade of brown. “Fish Fingers ‘n Custard and little Amy Pond t-that waited fourteen years” I look up so see that he is almost completely fixed, with only his mane to go “and River, who died but you saved, and me, your little Forest, that River never told you about. It’s me Daddy, and I’ve been searching for far to long.” I stand up and hug The Doctor, looking into his kind eyes and knowing for sure that all I’ve heard has been true.
“Thank you!”
I look at The Doctor, rather confused. “For what?”
“I got stuck like that so long I stopped liking fezzes!” He exclaims.
I give a noncommittal shrug, “You also may have broken my nose!” I wipe a few droplets of blood off my face and preform another healing spell.
“I was like that for eight years!”
“Yes and eight years of Discord has made you quite winey by the way, and last time I checked, earth ponies were the strong ones!” I say “You know speaking of that, why are you an earth pony?”
“Dunno, how did you know about Discord, and why are you an alicorn?”
“I was a unicorn and I finished my studies with Twilight Sparkle. And the Discord thing was just a luck guess.”
The Doctor shrugs “Makes sense”
“More sense than Discord” I giggle.
The Doctor looks at me seriously “Thats not funny.”
“What-Ever Doctor!” I open the door “We’re here!”
The Doctor walks over to look though the telescope.
“Oi Twi!” I exclaim as I walk through the door.
“Hm?” The lavender alicorn pokes her head out of a pile of books.
“The Doctor! At the right time in his timeline too!” I fly upstairs and pull the stallion down “See?!”
“Looks like you did past that test!” She says happily.
I give a small smile and stretch out my wings “You know, I’m feeling really restless I’m gonna go flying, okay?”
“Okay!”
I race outside and spread my armored wings to lift off into the bright, blue sky. I sit down on a cloud and use magic to shape it into a Dalek, then I add myself and my father fighting it. Oh how wonderful this will be...
