Sandfur put the rabbit on his back.

Darkpaw buried his prey and looked up into the trees. "I see a thrush." He said.

Sandfur looked at the thrush. He meowed quietly " You can do it."

OOC: I'm guessing Flashclaw isn't the medicine cat anymore? :(

IC: Flashclaw rolled around in the leaves still drunk from the catmint party.

OOC: *Shrugziez* Dunno.

IC: Darkpaw nodded. He dug his feet into the bark and pushed upward untill he was at the same branch as the bird. He balanced precautiously on the limb and scooted forward.

Sandfur watched Darkpaw stalk the bird.

Darkpaw darted forward, snagging the bird. He imedeatly brought it in, but the branch swayed and he flew off. He gave a sigh as he felt his claws dig into a nearby tree. He opened his eyes which had been squeezed shut. "I got it!" He purred when he noticed the thrush stuck to his claws. He scurried down tensley and lung to the ground as soon as he was off the tree. "That was..." He trailed off trembling.

Sandfur went back to the camp entrance to put his rabbit near the fkp.

Darkpaw hurried after, licking his fur smooth and pridefully dragging his catch.

Sandfur purred, " We had a great time hunting."

Darkpaw nodded. "Of course we did!" He purred. " How could we not when you're such a great mentor."

Sandfur added, " And you are a great apprentice."

Darkpaw grinned brightly. "Thanks, Sandfur." He meowed, setting his prey on the freshkill pile.

Before you knew it Flashclaw was sound asleep, hopefully when he regained control of his body he could get working.

Sandfur purred, " You're welcome."

Darkpaw stretched in his nest. His shifting brushed Chaospaw and he growled slightly. Darkpaw brushed Chaospaw with his tail and he woke up. Darkpaw looked around and spotted Sandfur.
"Good morning, Sandfur." Darkpaw meowed.

Chaospaw got up and padded out of camp to go hunting.

Sandfur meowed, " Good morning, Darkpaw."

"Did you sleep well?" Darkpaw asked, flexing his spine to warm up his muscles.

Sandfur meowed, " I slept well. Did you sleep well?"

IC: After the next couple of days Flashclaw had regained seriousness, he yawned and looked at the cats.

OOC: I don't know if Flashclaw is the med. cat anymore!
