    "Yeah. He needs to avoid being too confident in himself, otherwise he's going to die while challenging a pokemon stronger than him." Fiona sighed. "What time is it, anyway?"

    Marina opened her eyes, and looked up at the two. "... about 3:00 in the morning." Marina said, yawning. "Bit early for me." Marina got onto her paws, shaking, and padded over to the water, getting a few sips.

    Jay felt consciousness again, he looked at the dead Pokemon and at his bloody paw, "No! How did I...I don't..I didn't!" he yowled. The scientists muttered "Add another to numbers #00009's body count". Jay closed his eyes, " When I get my hands on you!" he thought as he sat.

    OOC: I'm going to go ahead and timeskip, if you don't mind.


    IC: Fiona yawned, thin beams of sunlight filtering through the hole. "Nnn..good morning.." She said quietly, ears twitching.

    OOC:
    Don't mind at all.


    IC:
    Marina smiled. "First lesson; Hunting for food. Rattata and Pidgey give their lives to fuel others, like us, willingly, so... come on. Not like the lab." Marina then ran to a smaller cave, and ran out with three small prey in her mouth. "Food." Her words were muffled, and she sat them down near the water. Marina then chomped on a Pidgey, and walked over to a rock, jumping onto it and chomping her meal.

    Fiona had never had meat before; She was strict with only eating berries and plants, but was so hungry, she had nothing to lose. "..If you say so, but I just can't eat it...raw." She used Flamethrower on the Pidgey, it being seared. "..Here I go." She hesitated, but nibbled it. "Nnf. It's okay, I guess." She said with her mouth full.

    "Maybe you could kill the prey that way." Marina said, after finishing her Pidgey, and taking the Rattata. "You can also use us when it becomes cold, and barren of prey, but make sure not to kill us." Marina suggested, gobbling her food down. "Now... come on. Let's hunt." Marina padded out of the entrance she used when she discovered this cave, and closed her eyes, sniffing her nose, then opening them. "Two Rattata, a Pidgey, and a few Basculin in the river.:

    "Well..If hunting is our thing now, you can hunt by draining the aura from prey..or whatever," Fiona felt out of place saying prey; as if she was some kind of predator. She followed Marina outside, sounds of nature making her smile.

    Jay sat in his room, he was chained as a plate of pokekebble laid there, "You expect me to eat this?"
    he said loudly. A bloodmutt looked at him and growled "Eat!", Jay smiled as he responded "No thank you human pet".

    "They know we get food from them." Marina turned around, then sighed. "Well..." Marina lashed her black tail. "Stay quiet." Marina then crept slowly towards something, then quickly lashed out, catching the Rattata between her claws and crunching it's neck, cracking it. The Rattata looked up at her, and they exchanged a glace before the Rattata went limp.


    Marina put down the Rattata, and buried it. "They usually let you know that it's alright for you to use them for food. Nature of the forest animals. Predator eats prey, and the prey eats what they eat." Marina sighed. "Took me a few hunts to get the looks they were giving me when I killed them, so it's natural for me now." Marina then turned to Night. "I'm sure they would understand after a while..."
