Lookit my new Fancypost! Badass, eh?
EDIT: Aw, dang. Didn't pay attention and just realized (an hour after posting) that I didn't read that right. He said "how are you" not "how old are you". Somebody punch me.

[color=red] Johnathan chuckled. "Yes, let us indeed continue on. I really wanna see what's down here. Also, to answer your question, I'm doing just fine."

  • Tyla made room for Johnathan to pass her since he held the other light.
"That's why we came down here, after all." She said and really wished that this was not just a big empty room.

[color=red] Johnathan walked forward, torch held high up so that the light reached further. He hadn't been doing so before, because he actually preferred as little light as possible. He had excellent night-vision, and preferred the dark over the light so that he could hide better. But now that he needed the light for the others, he provided. However, when he brought the torch up, what he was met with was.. shocking. The torch's fire burnt at a cord that led the rest of the way down the stairs, and the cord never went out. The flame was somehow more intense on the cord than it was on the torch, and it therefor gave them all the light they needed.

"Well then," Johnathan said, "Let there be light."

  • Ash looked around the room and saw several medicine cabinets, a tomb stone, golden pottery, jewelry, and inside the walls were more graves. Along one of the walls were a hallway with a steel door at the end of it. "Wow, it's a tomb. How old if this thing?" ash looked in amazement around the room

  • "Wow." Tyla said looking around. She picked up one of the pieces of jewelry, a necklace and examined it before putting it back. She looked at Johnathan. "Searching for stuff like this?" She asked and then looked around the room again. This might be really useful for when zombies invade (which she believed that they would get through the defenses of the town, no one can stay safe forever.) or just for another room.

  • Ash walked around, looking at the graves and what they said. Apparently it was the first to die in the apocolyse, the very first to die. The other graves had dead heros in them "Wow... This is depressing and amazing at the same time... Can you believe this?"

    Damnit. I need to log on to here more often ;-;

"Yes, actually, I can. It's what old treasure usually does to you," said Johnathan, truthfully. "Now, the real question here is whether or not it's guarded in any way.."

  • Name: Lily
    Age: 12
    What you have with you:
    - 3 bottles of water
    - 1 flashlight w/ extra batteries
    - Pocket knife
    - Paint ball gun
    - 3 Boxes of crackers
    - 1 blue berry muffin

  • OOC: Ummm.... okay. ;D

IC: Lily hid in a nearby closet in her house. Her family had went to the store to buy some food, but never came back. That was a week ago. She tried to find them and almost died by a zombie. She ran out of the closet and the only things she could grab before the door busted down. Lily ran outside her back door without looking back.

  • OOC: Yep and thank you everyone for going slowly.

IC: "Like booby traps? Like in an Indiana Jones movie?" Tyla asked with a small smile on her face as she put back the necklace. "That stuff does really happen in real life."

  • When ash heard that he wasn't sure what was going to happen. Ash looked down a dark hallway in the corner of the room and saw a door "hey before we do any tests, we should check this room out!" Ash said while looking at the steel door at the end of the hall. It was a long hall but first it was small, then large in the middle. Then small again.

  • Little did Lily know, she was with a zombie in this old house. She had her paint ball gun mostly just to distract anything in her way. (if it was living) She waited silently to hear any movement.

  • "I could go first." Tyla volunteered. She wanted to prove there wasn't any traps like Johnathan said and if a giant boulder came rolling towards them than she would know she was wrong.

[COLOR=RED]"If you like. Just remember, if there IS a trap, you better not come crying to me. Be careful though, alright? Watch for tripwires, and just anything out of the ordinary in general. If the ground seems a little bit off from the rest, do NOT step there."

  • The zombie came behind Lily and knocked her down. She shot it with the paint ball gun. Sure, the zombie was colorful and stopped now, but how long would it last? Lily took no chances. She Went to the kitchen and opened the fridge. Nothing but mold.
