    Julian nodded then went outside. He put the close into the back. One of the detectives walked out with Julian's tv and followed the teen out.

    Julian plopped down on the couche, tired from all the moving. He was glad everything went okay.

    Rei closed the door to a room that he had the lock on,carrying out a decent-sized case and sitting down in a chair,dusting it off. He undid the locks and opened it,revealing a glass electric daisy violin."Been a while."He murmured,rubbing his thumb along the smooth curve.

    Julian looked at Rei when he entered. He was surprised to see him with a violen. "I didn't know you played the violen." he said. He wasn't all that interested about the instrament but it was surprising that someone like Rei could.

    "I play a lot of things. Violin was one of my prized hobbies before I had given it up. Haven't touched this thing in years. But I'm thinking I can take this up again."He replied lightly,holding it up to his chin and tuning it.

    "Why did you stop playing it then? You obviously prefer the instrament over what you do in the band." Julian said.

    "I enjoyed it very much so. I usually play it every Sunday when I go visit Jessica's grave,you know,singing her favorite lullaby. But I guess the last two months I hadn't done that."Rei replied lightly. He began playing it,still having the talent to do so. Soon he just automatically began singing it quietly,getting into the rhythm and just forgetting everything for a short moment.
    "komorebi ni te o kazashi, furimuite sotto hohoemu
    shizuka na kaze no naka de, omowazu dakishimeta
    terenagara me o tojite, yasashiku kisu o shita
    anata wa nani yori mo kirei na hana deshita
    anata ga suki deshita
    zutto suki deshita...    "

    (Translation or link?) Julian listened and raised a brow to Jessica's lullaby. He didn't quite understand what was being said but he liked the tune. It seemed Rei might not need his band afterall. Though he wasn't sure if Rei should just leave.

    Julian looked at him then thought of something. "You should play your violen for Mom's funeral. You can pick whatever song you want if you decide to do it."

    "Yeah. Mom had a thing for the violen. I actually forgot about it until you started playing." Julian said.

    Rei nodded."I'll do my best."He replied,determined to do his best."Hmm...which song to pick?"He asked quietly,his finger tapping against his chin.

    Julian chuckled inwardly. "Seems like I found something he truely like." he though then started to think what he should do. "Should I make an invite list?" he asked.

    "I think so. You know more people than I do."Rei replied,scratching the back of his head. He closed his eyes and began playing again,singing another song

    Busy avenues,bringing back my old memories of you
    I can't help wondering why,as couples pass me by
    Seeing your shadows from the corner of my eyes.
    Now I am here all alone
    Still reminiscing about the time you're here

    I still think of you,wondering if you'll be back again...

    Julian went upstairs to grab a notebook and pen. Asch heard the music and walked into the living. His ears twitched curiously as he settled on the arm of the chair next to Rei. The cat then began to mew along with the tune. (Couldn't resist)

    Rei smiled as he went through several happy memories,his eyes glistening with tears,but stopped them from falling.


    "
