  • Fang couldn't take it anymore. He had enough. Fang shook off Lanna and ran bloodied and wounded with his tail between his legs. Heap followed his brother out the territory. Libra saw Lanna snarling in their direction. He smiled. His light green eyes dull.

  • Lanna sat down. Her fur was all over the place and her fur was covered in spots of blood. The white wolf then went over to Libra to examine his wounds. She wasn't sure how bad he was hurt.

  • "You don't have to fuss over me." He said weakly. Libra gave a small laugh. "It's been a long while since I've been in a fight like that." He looked to Lanna. "Let's head back. I need to tend to your wounds." Libra tried standing. It was actually him that had the worst wounds. His fur was torn and once pale golden fur was covered in blood. He limped towards the den.

  • Lanna followed after him. It was obvious to her that he was more hurt from the fight. She would have to get him settled down so she could take care of his wounds. Though she didn't expect it to be easy.

  • Libra forced himself to walk. Not showing any signs of giving in to his wounds. He finally reached the den. Libra limped to the small pile of herbs. He took a stem of watercress. "Theses are for you." He said to Lanna. "Marigold." Lanna tilted her head. He obviously mistook watercress for marigold. Libra sniffed. "Oh, watercress... Sorry." He limped back and chose the correct flower. He limped to Lanna and placed them near her feet. His eyes were blurred with blood. Fang must of tried to take his eyes out. But shouldn't his nose be fine?

  • Lanna shook her head. "You should lie down and let me take care of our wounds. You can't tell merigold from cobwebs and I don't think you can even see that well." she said before going to the herbs.

  • Libra growled at her. "I'm fine!" Libra didn't want to think he was going to die. He limped to stop her but fell onto the earth. "Don't waste your energy on me." He said.

  • "I have no reason to give up on you and you'll be fine. I know a lot about herbs." Lanna said then looked him over. "We need to get the blood off you so I can see how bad you're injured." Lanna said, not taking know for an answer.

  • Libra gave in to Lanna. "Moss..." He said. "Soak moss in water. I dont care if the ground becomes wet." He said pointing to a small puddle with his muzzle. He only uses it for cleaning wounds or getting water for wolves who can't walk.

  • Lanna did as she was told then gently started to clean his wounds. "I thought you hated fighting." she said around the moss as she cleaned. She made sure to clean him until there wasn't a speck of blood left on Libra. "You definently surprised me."

  • Libra avoided Lanna's gaze. "I was trying to protect you. I couldn't just talk my way out of it." He said gruffly. Libra was trying to ignore the singing that was coming from his wounds when Lanna cleaned it.

  • "Well, I apreciate it. That might not be the last time we'll have to deal with him though." Lanna said as she finished cleaning the wounds. She then chewed some marigold and put it on his wounds.

  • Libra flicked his ear. He was trying to protect Lanna. 'It just need the opposite way.' He thought. Lanna tired to protect him. He saw the white wolf tend to his scars. Libra was slipping into a light sleep.

  • Lanna finished patching him up. She then tended to her wound before she laid down next to him so she would notice is something was wrong. The whire wolf then closed her eyes.

  • Libra felt warmth next to him. He smiled. With his head raised, Libra saw the white wolf next to him. He moved his tail to brush against hers. He lay his head down without worry of anything and drifted into sleep.

  • Lanna shifted a little in her sleep. She hadn't noticed that Libra had woken up for a moment or even that that their tails had brushed. The white wolf just unconsciouly moved to the heat source next to her.

  • Libra woke. It was almost the end of the afternoon. He hadn't realized how long he slept. Libra noticed Lanna next to him. He tried to get up and not to disturb Lanna. Libra slowly rose to his paws. He almost collapsed. His wounds were still sore from the fight. 'Maybe I should just stay here...' The pale wolf shook his head. 'I have to hunt for the both of us. I don't care how bad my wounds are.' He sat at the entrance contemplating.

  • Lanna woke up to see Libra sitting at the edge of the den. "I can go hunting instead. You're wounds aren't good to go hunting with." she said as she sat next to him.

  • Libra just stared at the outside of his den. He shook his head in agreement to her offer. Lanna looked surprised. The wolf never agreed to her without arguing.

  • Lanna smiled then left Libra. She felt like something differnt. That was when she scented deer. Her mouth watered at the thought so she followed the trail. She wondered if Libra would enjoy it.
