    "S-Stay away..." Alice stammer as she turned and began to run, holding the child tight. Damn it! Why did this have to happen now!? She was running as fast as she could while holding the child.

    "Get away!" She shouted out as she managed to pull out her pistol and fire it. She was frightened, she didn't know what to do. The minute she fire the pistol she ran around the distracted creature, heading back towards her house as fast as possible.

    Lucifer woke up to a pistol being shot. He slowly rose to his feet. "Alice?" He asked as he looked around. "Alice!" He yelled.

    The vampire was stopped for a moment. He hissed very aggravated now. He started to ran after the girl. He hissed aimed to grab her arm

    "Leave me alone!" Alice knew that if she were to be grabbed the child would be in danger. Quickly hiding the child within a large trash can before the vampire could notice, she allowed herself to get grabbed by the beast knowing she wouldn't be able to get away anyway. Plus, she was out of bullets.

    Alice closed her eyes thinking to herself, Save me... She was shaking within the vampire's tight grip, knowing she was going to be bitten.

    Feeling the weight lifted off of her, she opened her eyes seeing Lucifer. "Lucifer!" Alice shouted out seeming extremely surprised. Though.. she was extremely relieved that he had managed to make it here on time.

    He hissed and punched the vampire. He narrowed his eyes as he looked at the vampire. "Adam?" He muttered. "Hey, man! I didn't know she was your girl! Come on!" The vampire said trying to push him off.

    "Y-You know each other?" Alice asked seeming rather curious. Despite just barely being attacked by this other vampire, all her fear was gone, replaced with curiosity. Walking over to the place where she had placed the boy down, she picked him up and glanced over at the two vampires.

    "Oh.." Alice said softly. Holding the child tightly once more she spoke, "I'm gonna take him home." With that she began walking off, still holding the unconscious child.

    "Huh?" Alice grunted lightly turning around to face him. What did he want? Was he going to apologize for the other vampire, or something?

    "Okay," with that Alice continued walking. She knew she had to get the child home before the chloroform wore off.

    "Um... measures called for it," Alice said trying to sound innocent. When the house came into sight, she seemed to relax a bit.
