A shrill cry of excitement filled the air. Within a moment, a small gray and silver tabby with a golden-brown dog by her side appeared from the brush. "Regalien! We're here now....Sorry we're late. Right, Urei?" The tabby turned towards the dog. Urei only nodded and turned towards the others. "Yuku..." The tabby perked up at her name. "Who are these...relatives?" The soft but strong voice of the canine echoed.
Yuku giggled and pointed her tail at all of the guests. "These are our....cousins..and...um...Regalien?" She questioned. She had no idea either.
The tall white tom chuckled, "Ah, it matters not. We're all family!" he chuckled. He was in a suspiously good mood today.
Yuku nodded. "Right! So....What now, Nii-sama?" She asked the leader. Urei nodded in agreement, he didn't care but he did feel just a little bit out of place. All of the other family members were cats.
"Ah, well, we are in search on an oasis," the british tom informed once more.

Yuku and Urei tumbled through every single crook and cranny in the area. "Lien! I don't think that there's-" "Over there." Urei's smooth voice cut the cat off. Sure enough, there was a clearing with caves hidden in the undergrowth and a crystal clear waterfall draping over another cave.

Yuku leaped off of Urei's back and dashed to one of the caves. "Whoa! It's so roomy! Lien, come check this out!" Her voice echoed from inside the dark shelter. Urei sighed and shook his head before sliding into the cave as well.
