    Okay, so it's possible for a cat to have "twin" kits that are connected by the same umbilical cord and came from the same egg. Can RPG cats have twins??? Please reply fast.

    Yes. :] Any mammal can give birth to twins. What a twin means is that an egg split up into two kittens, rather then just one, after being fertilized.
