    Zero bowed his head and followed after Polar, opening his mouth to catch the cold wind. It was hard to tell it apart from different scents.

    "What do you smell?", Nova asked Lanna when she saw the pup smelling the air.



    "I smell a rabbit or two over here", Polar whispered and followed the scent that drifted into his nose.

    Lanna looked at Nove curiously. "Do you smell it coming from the ground or the sky?" she asked.

    "Both, but a storm is on the way. Good nose you have there, its always good to know when a storm is coming ahead of time", Nova said giving praise to the pup.

    Polar didn't have to tell him, a grin was already spread across his face.
    "I'll get one." His voice was low and quiet, so only Polar could hear him.
    He crouched low and made sure the wind wasn't blowing his scent to the rabbit, he could see it clearly now. A white rabbit was near it's hole, washing it's face and nose twitching.

    Zero whispered, "I'll chase it from the hole, you catch it." It was wrong of him to order a wolf around, but he was starving.
    Slipping behind some bushes he made sure his paw-steps were not heard, his ears perked, alert for sounds. His eyes focused ahead, now he was behind the rabbit. His tail flicked from side to side, he bunched his muscles and let energy flow into his hinds.


    Before snarling aloud and leaping from his hiding spot, jumping over the hole and began to furiously bury the rabbit hole with snow, glancing towards the prey it was already bolting to where Polar was hiding.

    As the rabbit bolted towards him, Polar waited untill it was almost upon him. Leaping for it he caught the rabbit in his jaws and closed down hard. The snapping and shattering of the bones on the rabbits neck didn't satisfy him untill the sweet taste of blood dripped into his mouth.

    Polar quickly then burried the rabbit and continued on the hunt. One rabbit would not satisfy one pack let alone one pup. They needed more meat, and he knew that the storm would bring a loss of prey and disasters like always. "Come, lets continue the hunt", he said to Zero glad that his quick thinking earned the a rabbit.

    Nova looked down at the pup with a smile. "What story do you want to hear?", she asked wondering if the pup had one in mind.

    "Well, long ago there was a wolf named Lunar who fell in love with another wolf. Now this wolf happened to be from a different pack, but every night they would meet and sing to the sky about their love. Now those days the sky was empty no moon and no stars. One day Lunar was caught on his mates territory and the pack sentaced him to death!", Nova said with a snarl as she said the word 'death' trying to bring the story to life.

    As Lunar was killed he told his mate that he would be with her for eternity. Now our Godess was not to fond of the fact that Lunar was killed for loving someone and as his spirit left his body Neime put it in the sky to shine brightly for his mate to see. That is how we have the moon. His mate was so heart broken that inside her heart shattered into a million pieces. She later died and when she did, because her heart was shattered so was her spirit and as it rose into the heavens they were placed as stars in the sky to be with the moon for forever. The End".

    (lol i wish i could have come up with a better story)
