    He looked for the marks. At first he thought they vanished, until he saw them behind a fern. "Found it... follow me again," He called to her.

    He slowed his pace to walk next to her. The path was filled with broken twigs or smashed plants from last time so he didn't have to check the claw marks every step. "Hey Duskpaw. About tonight..." He said to her.

    "If anything..." He pause for a second, thinking about what word to use "exciting happens tonight, will you promise not to tell anyone?" He asked.

    He smiled and nodded to her. "Thanks... I don't want anyone to know if something..." His voice trailed off and became softer untill it was just muttering,

    He walked farther away from her so he was out of nudging distance. "You know... spending the night sleeping nearly on top of each other... stuff might happen," He said. He looked back at her, he purposely avoided mentioning 'mate' but she probably knew what he meant.

    She just looked back at him confused "But haven't we already done that? I mean sleep basically on-top of each other?" She meowed

    "Remember how I needed to take a break and how you told me to not groom 'that' area? If I can't control myself then... our friendship might be ruined," He explained. He looked at the ground infront of him. Fear of her leaving him was growing inside him.

    Her eyes widened as she stared at him "Timidpaw, I love you and could never leave you" She whispered padding up next to him. "Please dont think any different" She added in a mutter

    "I know... but I don't think I can live without you." He explained as he looked into her eyes.

    "I promise i wont ever leave you no matter what" She meowed looking at him then down at her paws.

    OOC: sorry for taking so long to respond

    IC: He looked at her face, trying to look into her eyes. "Do you really mean it?" He asked.

    "yes i mean it, I can't imagine my life with out you" She meowed looking straight back at him

    He smiled and tore his gaze from her. "I'll race you to the house," He said breifly before running forward.

    "Its on!" she giggled before darting after him, As she didnt know where to go she stayed behind him.

    He ran past a large bush and the house came into sight. He speed up to get there first.
