The black leopard was, admittedly, feeling a little lonely. His adoptive brother was back at the tribe of burning eclipse and Intern seemed to never leave Corpse's side any longer. Not that he held anything against his friend for it but it had left Cato slightly bored. Maybe he just needed to stop closing up in social situations, it wasn't as if it helped though it was what had been drilled into him when he was surviving on his own. Now he looked out to the mackerel grey of the sea, glistening from spots of dappled sunlight and wave movement. One thing he was glad of was that he had joined HawkClan since it was utterly beautiful with its endless waters. His tail flicked lazily behind him as he sat mesmerised by the ocean.

Renee didn't know what to think. Well, for one, she figured that she'd been a cat before and a wimpy one at that. Huh, she didn't like history at all. The paled-skinned crocodile crossly kicked at the sand that plastered all over her glistening white belly. Crocodile and sea didn't mix, but she was sure she could cope. After all, she had gone through...well, being only several moons old, she certainly hadn't gone through much, but she did survive a death experience. Yes, not even near-death or deadly experience, but being eaten up by a crocodile and taking her body? Major craziness. Whether the feisty crocodile would be a good social partner for Cato was rather debatable.
The rough-skinned crocodile glanced up at the black leopard. Whoa, holy, powerful creature. Well, so was she. She radiated danger herself, too.
"Wanna spar?"
Whoa, Renee figured she should have said hello first. But she wasn't the old, shy, timid brown she-kit. She was a whooping crocodile who wanted to have some nasty battles. She had never fought or had had any battle training before. She was only several moons old in mind, although her young body looked fully grown. She hadn't entirely adjusted to her new body either. -
// Soooo sorry!! I lost this thread but yeah, permission to slap me with a fish :3
Blinking in surprise, amber eyes widened then shined in amusement at the crocodile's words. "Hello to you too. I'm Cato." A throaty chuckle throttled warmly out his muzzle at the crocodile's maw. "You're Renee, right?" The leopard remembered the she cat finding out she had reincarnated after her horrible death, which was a wonder to Cato. He hadn't even heard of reincarnation before. Out in the wild, if you died you stayed dead. "Sure, I'll spar with you, just watch you don't bite too hard." He teased the reptile though there was a slight hesitancy in his amber optics as he took in the crocodile's maw.

OOC: LOL, completely forgot about this thread. Grabs a swordfish and prepares for the execution.
IC: "Oh, yes, I'm Renee."
The large crocodile replied. Oh, so she had seen the leopard before. Amid all the confusion and her memory disorder, things had been...rather hectic that time.
"Okay," Renee said, cracking a grin of anticipation.
The light of battle flitted in her serpentine eyes. She figured they were quite...evenly matched, seeing how the former spirit of her body used to avoid large wildcats.
"You can go first! I have no battle experience at all."
