[color=aqua]Role-play Thread
[color=aqua]
Greetings, I am Running Wolf but please just call me Wolfie. I am the leader of this tribe and we cats live in a frosty area of snow. Sunny Noon (summer) is the warmest time of the year. Even the snow melts and grass springs beneath our feet. Anyways we work together and forever will be there. The Starry Trail will be our guide through heat, snow, warmth, and everything else.

The Area
We live in a evergreen forest that has a plain of grass next to it. The meadow is huge and everlasting and the forest stretches far too. Two rivers that runs along past our view also flows in the forest. The smaller river on the left of the camp is called "Crystal Stream" because the Crystal Pool, the closest connection between us and the Starry Trail, is the provider of water. The other river is called "Flow of Wish" because the first leader, Falling Nut, found our home after crossing the water with his friends. The land between the rivers is our territory. Swallows, sparrows, mice, minnows, and salmon are our prey. The land is always different depending on the season.
Autumn~ Amber Evening
The grass is a dry hay colored yellow and the breezes start to chill. Prey leaves so much is saved and the rivers are filled with crackled, orange, red, yellow, and spotted leaves. Herbs start to wilt but little do go through Midnight's Sleep so seeds of all kinds of plants are collected.
Winter~ Midnight's Sleep
A whole frosty white plain of snow blankets the area while frigid air whips the plain. The evergreens provide a tiny bit of shelter and the streams can easily be accessed with a hard knock on thin its weak spot. Prey is slow so usually the cats rely on fish. The boundaries stretch farther in search of more prey. Practically nothing grows.
Spring~ Morning Starting
Flowers bloom, grass grow, snow melts, and prey runs. This is the best time of the seasons. Usually now, many kits are born and the boundaries shrink back since there is no need for more. Free time is more common in the green field. The trees starts to collect more shades of green.
Summer~ Sunny Noon
Shady canopy is everywhere and prey still runs around. Many cats bathe themselves in the sunlight and herbs give off berries. Seeds are sown into the rich earth. The bright, endless, blue sky is cloudless.
The Culture
From kits to apprentices the tribe holds a ceremony under the night sky for Starry Trail to see. They will find something that resembles the season. Then they will give it to the leader to toss it towards the moon. The kit fetches it and buries it wherever it came from. For example, a kit raising into the rank of an apprentice in Sunny Noon might bring a ripe raspberry.
On the contrary side, an apprentice becoming a warrior is another story. The apprentice will fight a warrior with claws sheathed until one has collapsed on the floor. Then they will hunt and patrol along side their mentor for one night. At dawn after drinking some water from the Crystal Pool, the cat is qualified as a full warrior. Then the tribe celebrates for a feast.
There are special days for the tribe.
Snow Dance: Is when the first flakes of snow fall, then the tribe immediately goes hunting while ones who doesn't want to or can't prepares the camp for blizzards.
Complete Meadow: The day when the meadow is completely cleared of snow. The tribe celebrates by spending the whole day on fun. From bathing in the sunlight to catching prey to tag.
Golden Harvest: An event that lasts until the cats finishes harvesting all kinds of herbs and plants. This simply to prepare for Midnight's Sleep.
When a cat proposes to another cat they will mention it at any time to the leader and then the clan throws a party and wishes them well. No one will work that day but will celebrate with all their hearts.
Unfortunately, there are deaths. When it arrives the cat will be buried to his or her favorite place in the territory. The tribe will grieve for a day and night, then go back to their work.
Forgiveness: We will then ask for the ancestors of us to forgive any of our sins. They will all have a special dream during the hot nights Sunny Noon. The dream will let you be with your kin and they will enjoy as much of the happiness as you will. Anyone from Starry Band may join.

[color=aqua][size=8]Basic History of the Tribe
It all started with a cat called Streak. He was an adventurous cat with strong leadership. He was a cat that lived in the northern regions of the land. One day he was lost in a blizzard. Lost in the storm, he couldn't find shelter, food, and water. Luckily, he found a rotting tree to sleep in for the night. Streak could not sleep that night as he gazed into the stars. As he was looking, he saw colorful steaks in the sky. Mesmerized, he followed the streaks the tail of the lights. Finally, it pointed to a land between two rivers. Streak inspected the land and found the needs for survival. After a few days of living there he discovered some cats that too were led here by the mysterious glow in the night. The cats started the Tribe of Glowing Aurora Borealis.
