I don't have it either. But I'm using the July Lights skin, like you are, so maybe that's it?

I'm just using the July Lights one. It's the green one this site used as the basic one before it changed to dark Techno Skin. This skin is so brrrright.

We think some members are still able to see it due to cache issues, other than that I'm not sure.Dawny posted this on another thread earlier. Refreshing your cache would probably help, I'm going to guess. :)
