With a grim expression set on his face, the powerfully built wildcat sat just behind the border and waited for a cat to come along. That was what you were supposed to do, well he thought anyway. This would be his first ever clan joining, his mother was still dominating her own territory miles back. He would have stayed if it wasn't for that fire. Now he hated the orange thing. He would liked to have thought that was his only weakness, a great inferno, but it would be terribly inaccurate to think that. Well now his mind was drifting terribly so he focused back to the situation at hand and contemplated roaring his arrival though supposed he's give it a few more seconds as he lifted a heavy paw and rasped his tongue over it.

The amount of cats gathered in front of him kind of caused a bewilderment in his brain, unsure of what to say though guessed he would probably be better of sticking to 'name and business'. Just as he parted his ebony maw to answer the she cat's inquiry, a kit popped up in front of him. Despite it's slight hostility, Cato found the kit brought a smile to his maw. Atleast some of the tension had eased anyway. "Yeah, I did see. Don't worry, I'm just here to join though." he said to Sharkkit though it was directed to mainly everyone. [b]"Cato." he introduced himself.

"Cato, huh? Well, I'm Shark-kit!" The kitten bounced up, but didn't run forward. He stayed in one spot. He wasn't exactly wanting to upset Skyscraper because she'd probably tell Capricornusstar or Copperwires. Then he'd be in a hell of a lot of trouble, probably.

The disabled cat walked up dragging his leg long. The warrior saw the big cat, and the huge group that followed. His ears perked, silently listening to the conversation. Not being hostile nor nice the large sized cat stood by the kits. His claws out he was ready for a fight no matter how scared he was. "Don't mind me, just watching" The tom didn't care about the other cats at this moment, knowing they don't think he can handle himself. His blue smoke fur laid flat along his skin. Kiwanomellon kept an eye on the kit and the cub with his emerald green eyes.

Jeez, these cats had to chill, he just said he was here to join and already they had claws outstretched and whatnot. Though he wouldn't let a bit of hostility run him off, no. The clanners could well try but he would like to stay, thanks. An involuntary scoff sounded as the she cat suggested for him to change his name though it sounds more of a taunt. "Cato's just fine, thanks." he answered coolly. Fuck yeah he was keeping it, it was his name. His tail began to swish slightly behind him though he retained his temper and asked politely, "May I ask what I need to do or who I need to see to join?"

Hmm, seemed joining a clan was easier than he thought. He had had it in his head that he would have had to go through some initiation test or something so his surprise showed on his face, even if briefly, as his brows rose. Shrugging with a smooth nod, he sag up straighter as he spoke. "Oh, well thanks. Erm, sure I swear my loyalty." he finished with a slight smile. It seemed at least some cats were willing to cooperate; hopefully he'd find his place here. Talking about places, it would help if he wa given a quick tour of the territory though he doubted anyone would offer.
