    "Ok,"SwiftFire meowed to her apprentice"What do you need work on?Battle training or hunting?"She asked.

    "Ok."SwiftFire replied solemly.The hunting crouch wasn't easy for her ever since she lost her left paw.
    "Well,here,"She meowed showing him the correct way to do the crouch.As she waited for him to do the same,she twitched her tail.

    "Keep your tail down!"She giggled as she got up and looked at her apprentice"Yes,that is good,now,lets try a warm up,"She padded in fron of him and continued"Im prey,no catch me!"The statment was true!She was fastest in the clan and just as fast as a rabbit.

    SwiftFire slowed down and acted like a rabbit looking for food umong the moorland.She waited for her apprentice to pounce on her.

    "Very good."She meowed warmly."Now lets see if you can get a real rabbit."She lead her apprentice through the moor to a good hunting place.

    She stopped at a hill and said,"Now,if you look carefully,you can see rabbit holes.Look for one and try to track the rabbit."She daminstrated.She looked for the nearest hole and tracked it a few fox lengths away.She crouched and lowered her tail and pounced on her prey,quickly killing it with a nip to the neck.
    She walked to her apprentice and droped her catch,"Now you try,"

    He got into a hunter's crouch and looked for a rabbit "I see one" he whispered he slowly stalked toward the rabbit and then pounced and clawed it in the back and killed it. "Was that good?" he asked

    "Yes,very good."SwiftFire meowed warmly."Now bury your prey with mine,"She nodded to where she buired hers.

    "Okay!" He padded over to where she buried her prey and buried his along with it "Now what?"

    "Well...."She started.She was broke off by the sound of a screaching crow."Well,we can't hunt here anymore today..."She lashed her tail,"Well,how about some battle training?"She asked.


    ((This is my very first apprentice so bear with me!!))

    She looked around and and padded towards a soft grassy patch and meowed,"Let's start with a nice jump,roll,scratch."

    ((Yeah....I made that move up..))


    SwiftFire demanstrated.She jumped over her apprentice and rolled around,pretending to scratch him.
    "There,"She meowed,"you try."
