Reese rolled her eyes, the giggling girl already getting on her nerves. It wasn't going to be good if she couldn't get coffee soon. She followed after the small group with her eyes lowered. Her hands reached up to check the strip of fabric, then they fell to her sides and she pulled them into the sleeves of her sweater.
Ramsey ran a hand through his hair again before slinging the strap of his backpack over his shoulder. He started after the group, remaining towras the back, and looked around while he walked. He didn't see, or hear, anyone else and he frowned. It was strange to see the mall so empty and to be so quiet he could hear his own footsteps.
