  • BluePaw padded into the den, his heart beating with excitment. He felt as if it were almost going to jump out of his chest. The sunlight's rays caused his dark grey pelt to turn to a blue shade of slate as he lowered his belly to the ground.
He had finally become an apprentice! Now, he just had to be mentored. He purred happily to himself as he sat and looked around with his yellow gaze, looking for other apprentices to meet and begin new friendships with.

  • Thunderpaw walked in laughing. He looked at the two apprentices and walked up to them.
"Hey" He mewed. "Are you new around the den?"

  • Bluepaw smiled at the sight of the two apprentices and bowed his head in greeting respectfully. "I am new! I'm Bluepaw. It's nice to meet you Silverpaw and Thunderpaw." He stood up and shook the dust from his blue tinted slate pelt.

  • Thunderpaw nodded. Another friend to play with! He thought enthusiastically. But first, they would have to get to know each other. Now what to say...

  • Bluepaw looked over at Silverpaw and nodded towards the kit. "Yes, she did. It's really exciting! Now I just have to find a mentor who can teach me." The small tom sat on his haunches and scratched an itch on the back of his ear. The thought of meeting new apprentices and making friends sparked a flame of joy in his heart. No matter what happened, he was ready. He felt like climbing the world's tallest tree or chasing the world's fastest rabbit. Being in high spirits made him feel greatly optimistic.

  • Bluepaw turned and looked over at Thunderpaw, his gold gaze gentle. "I don't have one yet." He pawed subconsciencely at a small clump of weeds protruding from the ground. "I would like one, though."

  • "Oh..." Thunderpaw would have liked to ask why they were in the apprentice den if they didnt have any mentors but he held it back because he didnt want to sound rude. "Hey! I have an idea! Wanna go play warriors outside?" He suggested.

  • Bluepaw has having thoughts of going to look for a mentor, but he liked the sound of Thunderpaw's idea. Besides, he wanted to spend more time with his new friends.
    "That'll be fun! Let's go!"

  • Thunderpaw got up and walked out of the den. When he got out, he waited for the others. "Come on!" He called to them. "I think that were being attacked and we need as much warriors as we can get!" He joked.

  • Thunderpaw pretended to get pinned by an enemy warrior. He growled at it. "Get off me you filthy dirt bag!" He growled.

  • Silverpaw swung his paws above Thunderpaw and then continued to maneuver around the spot he had been practicing fancy tricks.
