Drake eyes widened in realization."H-He was dating you? I though-ht he was dating Amber, that's what he told me."

"That's who he left me for... But I guess he was cheating on me as well..." She sighed and just stared up at the sky.

Drake looked over at the girl and sighed."He was jerk anyways."His phone lit up and swam to shore seeing it was his sister's text."I've gotta go but I'll see ya tomorrow at school."

"Okay. See you tomorrow..." She said and swam to the shore and got her clothes, put them on. And walked home.

The next day at school as soon as Drake entered the doors he saw Hunter Gilmore head his way, he could see pure anger in his eyes.

Dezorae was at her locker and saw Drake. She then saw Hunter walking towards him.

"So you've been talking with a my girl, huh?"He asked shoving Drake down."She's not your girl anymore remember?"Drake argued.

Dezorae acted like she was getting her books so they wouldn't know she was listening to their conversation.

"She'll always be mine."Gilmore growled."You don't own her, you treat her like crap. If you truly loved her you wouldn't of cheated on her with Amber and left her in ally way, if you had a single thread of respect for her you would've been a gentlemen and not a total jerk. I know I've only been with her for a few hours but I know she's better off with anyone else."Drake told him.

Gilmore stormed off in anger and drake stood up brushing his shirt off."Great."He muttered.

Dezorae walked over to Drake. "Are you okay?" She asked.

"Yeah, I'm sorry about that."He apologized for the fight."But what I said was true."

"No need to be sorry, and you are right. He is a jerk." She said.

Drake smiled."Thanks, if you wanna hang out later don't be afraid to ask."He offered.

"Okay, what time?" She asked and smiled.

"How about five?"He asked."We'll go for pizza, my treat."He offered.

"Okay, see you after school then." She said and walked off to her first class.

Drake ran to his locker and quickly grabbed his stuff for Science as he over heard Hunter talking crap."I'm gonna be late for class."He shook his head and left for his class.
