    1. I think the Clan name should be the first priority.
    2. Then maybe the theme of the Clan and what will draw the attention of the members and or people on the site to want to continue or join the Clan.

    Honestly, a clan is like a book, you should name it after you've made it. Well have an idea about it.
    And I like anti-clans the most

    Scarlet fox has her point that interesting names tend to draw in roleplayers. I've also noticed sometimes using fancytext in the title, or some sort of font, attracts people too.

    A well organized first post attracts me too. like if it's in a fancypost or something. I can make the fancypost if you want.

    Well, sometimes that's true, Clarri, but with some Clans, if you have an interesting plot and design around the Clan, it can easily past as a professional look to the Clan. I did that with one of my own Clans and it attracted a lot of people and I was easily able to get 1500 posts and it's still rising.

    For the ranks I was thinking maybe like
    Leader = Master
    Deputy = Master's Assistant
    Medicine Cat = healers
    MCA = healer's trainee


    Then keep the regular names?

    [justify]first off, healer and healer trainee are used way too much.
    I see them a lot of the time.
    I'm not so sure it should be called Master's Assistant though . . .
    that sounds like the deputy is a slave.    [/justify]

    And yes, true, fancytext does seem to attract those who aren't that literate in roleplaying. But take a peak at Auroraclan's title. Anyway, maybe we should just have fancytext for the first letter?
