    Maddy looked up from her phone. "Oh, what was that?" she blinked. Her 27-year-old-sister texted her:


    Maddy, come over later, kk?



    Maddy sent her a text:


    Katy I not allowed to talk to you



    She replied and turned her phone off and shoved it until her pocket. She flipped her hair over her shoulder and smiled at her friends. "Hey guys, what's up?"

    Maddy nodded evenly. "Remember when we were in third grade and we stole the teacher's book because we didn't get it?" she laughed. "Math seemed so hard back then, but somehow getting in trouble was easy..."

    She glanced at the clock. "Shoot, two minutes till class starts..." she glanced to the left. "What's your first class, I've got Biology?"

    "Fine." she let out a fake laugh. Everything is just fine...

    Sighing, she walked into class late. Ms. Pattermen glared at her. "Madison!" she said in a shrill voice. "You are tardy once again. Why am I not surprised. Go to your seat and try to catch up!"
    Maddy looked down. She'd always disliked Ms. Pattermen since she was a freshman, now that she was a joniuer... She still disliked Ms. Pattermen.

    Mackenzie sat in Geography and opened her textbook.


    "Ok Children We Are Doing A ..... TEST YAY" Mr Bush boomed.
    "NO" all of the kids yelled
    "Ugh great just what i need" Mackenzie mumbled sarcastically.
