Gold: i finally reached the top and my eyes widened when i saw red. he was hugging his knees, shaking, his lips purple, and his skin slightly tinted light blue.

IC: Crystal grabbed Dusk's pokeball and relased her, "Dusk, help me find the way to the top of this mountain!" Dusk nodded, "Bree!" Dusk took off running in the cave toward where Gold was. Dusk let out a "Bree" every step and she lit her ring up so that Crystal knew where she was.
