She said, "there was an old story my mom used to tell me. The dragon was a fearsome beast. It attacked human cities. It would hide when the humans came to fight it. So, the cloud, the dragons best friend would hide it.

She said, "there wasn't much else. The two always had fun."

"but he killed many didn't he? did no one ever stop him?" she asked intreaged

She said, "um, a powerful being gave the dragon a very important job. That was to help guide rain clouds and the weather to where they needed to go. The humans forgave him because he brought rain to their crops. Some hated him and when they spoke ill of him. He would ask his friend to go around the area, causing a drought."
