    In a house scheduled for demolition, an ancient disease lies dormant. They call it the mindless disease. It's unlike any disease seen before, it causes the ailed to go mad. It gives them a taste for human flesh, it takes away their humanity.
    When humanity's hanging on by it's fingernails, they finally start to fight back. They tried every weapon they could think of but the only thing that has worked is burning them or cutting off there heads.
    Humanity is dying, and there's nothing short of a miracle that can save them. That's when the Vampires show up. Luckily, Vampires are immune to the disease so they make good fighters. But it comes with a price....the Vampires insist on turning every human into a Vampire, killing off the last of the humans....the choice is yours.

    Appearance: Alex is tall and wiry. He has jet black hair that falls into a pile of curls and bright green eyes. His skin is ashin, making his features stand out. He wears black jeans and a gray turtle neck. Black converse are his shoes of choice and he wears a tarnished silver locket. He carries his little brother (6) around on a leash because he can't give up on him. (His brother's been infected)
    History: He started off human but when the disease hit he found the nearest vampire and had her change him. His brother wasn't so lucky and now Alex is searching for a cure to the disease to help his little brother.
    Strengths: He knows how to fight despite being blind.
    Weaknesses: He's blind
    Family: His brother, who's been infected
    Markings or Scars: He has a scar running from his chest to his belt line and a tattoo on his shoulder of a fang.

    Appearance: She's short but has a good figure. She wears a yellow sundress and walks around barefoot. She has golden hair.
    History: She was a vampire before the disease broke out and is the vampire who changed Alex.
    Strengths: She's good with a gun and has one strapped to her leg constantly.
    Weaknesses: She's over confident.

    Markings or Scars: She has a Tattoo that says "Life Sucks" between her shoulder blades.

    Age: Early 19
    Gender: Female. Always been a female xD

    History: As a kid, and still to this day, she suffers from insomnia, and the PSTD Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Her parents had a nasty divorce, and her father left, leaving her with her alcoholic mother and brother. Later in her life, at about age 13, Skylar began to get bullied because she cut, and was sexually abused by her best friend(Male). The morning after, Skylar fled her hometown, leaving behind all that she had known, and most of all, herself. She was never the same, but rather made a path for herself, never waiting for things to 'clear up', or life to get better. She just worked through it.
    Strengths: Emotion, manipulation, compassion, sympathy and empathy.
    Weaknesses: The past, herself. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD, Insomnia.

    Appearance: She's About Average Height, Skinny For The Most Part. She Has Chocolate Brown Hair, Layered, With Some Blond Highlights. Leah Has Tanned Skin. She Wears Denim Jeans And A Tee Shirt, With Flip Flops And A Choker With A Blue Green Gem.
    History: She Was Left Alone To Strive For Herself When Her Parents And Sisters Died Of The Disease. Since Then She's Been Living On Her Own Ever Since Then And Has Kept Free Of The Disease All Her Life.
    Strengths: Climbing Trees, Fighting Hand To Hand, And Sneaking Around Places
    Weaknesses: She Has Seizures, Which Can Happen At Any Time.

    Markings or Scars: She Has A Scar That's Shaped Like A Star, On Her Neck.

    Alex was marching through the woods, he was on a hunt for the mindless. It was a meager job but it worked. His little brother, Jamie, was following behind him, grunting every once and a while. Alex sighed, it hurt him to see his brother like this.


    Luisa was walking along the fence that separated the last of the humans from the mindless. She couldn't understand why the humans were so stubborn.

    Leah walked around the all to familiar woods, spoting Alex and his brother. She went behind a tree, looking at the little boy. 'He must have been diganosed with the disease....' she thought, her hair falling over her shoulders.

    Alex felt her behind him and turned to look at her, careful not to move to fast and startle Jamie. When he saw she was human he sighed. "You shouldn't be out here."

    She jumped. Leah walked out into the open and looked at him. "Why not?" She asked, now looking at Jamie. "Who's this poor thing?" She asked, kneeling down to Jamie's height.

    Nickname: Cherry
    Age: 18
    Gender: Female
    Human or Vampire: Vampire
    Eye Color: Blue, but when hungry, red.

    History: Her mother and father, afraid of what she was, tried to kill her, and obviously failed. Cherry was forced to kill them, and regrets that decision to this day.

    Alex shoved her back as Jamie lunged at her. "Stay away!" He growled, standing between her and Jamie. "He's infected, he'll kill you."

    Cherry watched the three, the little boy, frightened as he was, didn't run away. Maybe the older boy was his brother or something, she shook her head; they probably wouldn't survive out here. And she glanced over at the other girl, who didn't seem to know what personal space was.

    Leah fell back, landing on her butt. "Great, now I probably have a bruise...." she sighed, standing up and keeping her distance. "The names Leah, by the way."

    Leah turned around, looking in the direction of Cherry. "I don't see anyone, but who knows, you might," she told him, oblivious to that he was blind.
