Zen didn't fall asleep but he did lay on the ground for some time listening to the silence for any troubling disturbances

She couldn't fall asleep, so she just laid awake quietly, listening for any suspicious sounds.
-
Zen looked around checking every last bit of sky and cloud to make sure no one was coming, he didn't see anything
-
Mist looked around, and also saw nothing.
-
Zen looked at mist "aren't you tired?" he asked
-
"Not really," she said, looking over the mountains quietly.
-
Zen got up and walked to the ledge ready to jump off
-
Mist followed him.
-
He flew down the side hoping to find some type of food whether or not it was meat or plant, at this point he would gladly eat either. As he flew he spotted a couple of deer, he dove down ready to catch one in his claws
-
Mist flew down beside him, claws open to catch the other one.
-
Zen caught the deer, with his claws piercing at it's sides. Flew back upwards to the top of the mountain and landed on one claw still holding the deer with the other "oh dear I didn't plan this out did I?"
-
Mist changed position at the last second to catch the deer in her mouth, and then flew back up to the top, and setting it down, saw Zen in his predicament, and giggled slightly before taking the deer and putting it down.
-
Zen put down all fours on the ground "thanks, I don't think I could have balanced much longer with that thing in my claws the whole time" he said putting a single claw over the deer
-
"You're welcome," she said, still chuckling slightly.
-
Zen looked at mist oddly before kneeling down to snack on the deer, after he was done he looked at the forest behind the mountain to check up on the mytes if they had returned
-
Mist took a couple bites of her deer, and then also looked around for mytes.
-
Zen couldn't help but feel as if he were being watched, of course with him that's probably a natural feeling rather than an instinct but he still listened to it and began looking around swiftly and saw nothing. He was relieved but couldn't shake the feeling
-
"You have that feeling too?" she asked, looking at him.
-
Zen looked at mist "maybe, I don't know why, but yeah... maybe" he said as he kept looking around slowly
-
"I wonder what it is?" Mist said thoughtfully.
