    This is the roleplay for Quartzclan! I'll start off, and those who have joined will just start posting.


    Resting on the Great Gem, Amethyststar layed peacfully. Sunlight drifted down from the small holes in the roof.

    Amethyststar looked up. She stared down at Silverstreak. "Careful." she said. Thats what the cats of Quartzclan had to be- living in caves surrounded by sharps stalagmites and other things was dangerous, but it was worth it. The bats could fill you up- and their was plenty. It's not like they had a lot of places to go, being in a cave and all.

    Hollyshade yawned and stretched in her nest. Sunlight was gleaming off of dripping wet stalagmites from the ceiling. A pool rested in front of her, almost filling the whole middle part of her cave-den.

    Hollyshade padded out of her small den and into the big main one. She yawned again and gave a curt nod to her apprentice, Diamondpaw.

    Hollyshade padded over to the freshkill pile and picked up a bat. She then took it over to a shadowy cool corner and started to eat.

    Hopping down, Amethyststar padded over to Swordtail. "Want to go hunting?" she asked. "I think it's mating season for the bats." Mating season meant that bats would be fluttering around in the large caves. She could almost taste their precious little bodies.

    Hollyshade watched Amethyststar pad over to Swordtail. She shook her chocolate pointed head. She would never be a warrior like Swordtail because of what happened to her past.

    Hollyshade looked back up and caught a glimpse of sunlight flickering off of the crystal stalagmites.

    Amethyststar sniffed the air, and started walking toward the scent of bat. "Smells like a flock." she noted. The scent of babies was a bit faint, but there was some.

    Hollyshade watched Amethyststar leave, then spotted a bat up near the ceiling. She bolted upwards and swiped the bat down, cutting into its wing. The bat squealed and flopped to the ground. Hollyshade did a backflip and landed in front of the stunned bat and finished its life with a swift blow to the head.
