    Jamie woke up and found that it was around 6:30. "Argh!" She got up and put on a camouflage tank with gray shorts. She brushed out her hair, and put on her green hat with the Bulbasaur on it. She had heard stories of a boy who became a Pokemon master. That's what she aimed to be. Smirking, the girl grabbed her bag and ran to the Prof.'s lab.

    Kiko woke up, determined to get his Pokemon before Silver did. He grabbed his clothes and ran to Professor Maple's.
    "Gnashark, I got to get it before somebody else does!" He said, pouring on more speed.

    Jamie nearly ran into Kiko. "Sorry!" She called behind her, but continued running. "Prof. Maple, you gotta have it!" She murmured under her breath.

    Kiko glared as she ran off. He ran after her, quickly making his way to the lab.
    "Thanks a lot." Kiko muttered.

    [color=white] I'm not sorry. Silver slowly opened her silvery violet eyes and yawned, stretching out her arms. Once she saw her clock she blinked and stared at it. Was she supposed to do something today? Wait something about Pokemon. Prof Maple? Silver quickly threw on a new pair of clothes which included a green t-shirt and a blue top/jacket over it to match a bulbasaur ish theme, a medium length white skirt, a white hat on her head and a leaf hair clip once she remembered why she was up so early and sprinted down stairs, nearly tripping over multiple times. Silver said a quick hello to her mum and then pushed open the door, falling over. She picked herself up and started running, hoping that by some luck she'd beat her rival to the lab.

    Kiko arrived at the lab, panting slightly. He knocked on the door.
    "Excuse me?" He said as he knocked.

    Jamie opened the lab's door and smiled. "Hey, Slowpoke! The Prof. says to come on in!" She said, smiling. A small, Fire-type appeared at her side and smiled. "Pup! Puppyre!" It barked, running around Kiko's legs. "Archy!" Jamie picked up the small Pokemon, setting it on her head. "Like I said - Come on in!"

    Kiko rolls his eyes and walks in.
    "At least I didn't run over anyone." He muttered, entering.

    "Hello, Kiko!" Prof. Maple said cheerfully, looking at the newest trainer. "Since Jamie got Puppyre, we have the Grass-type, Calichick, and the Water-type, Gnashark. Choose who you wish." He said, pointing to a bulky machine that held two Pokeballs. "Once Silver arrives, I have something very important to give to you."

    He gave a small smile before picking up Gnashark.
    "I'll take Gnashark, please." He said softly.

    Nodding, Maple got the Pokeball and handed it to Kiko. "So, do you all have your Pokecallers with you?" He asked, and Jamie nodded. "I've always got it on me! It's really helpful, and cool, too!" She said, holding up the blue phone. "Plus, you can play games on it."

    Kiko nods, holding his up. He glances at the door, wondering when Silver will get there despite himself. He wonders if she's awake.

    [color=white] Silver ran as quickly as she could until she was next to the door. She slowed down and opened the door and walked over to her rival. "So... So sorry... Late..." Silver attempted to say between breaths as she had been running which took her breath away.

    Kiko gives her a a smug look, clearly proud he'd gotten there first. He then facepalms. He'd picked the one weak to the only one left. Oh well, it would be all the more embarrassing when he beat her.

    "Alright! Here you go, Silver," Prof. Maple handed Calichick's Pokeball to Silver. "Now that you're all here, I have something that I want to download onto your Pokecallers. It's a high-tech encyclopedia, called a Pokedex." The Professor took each of the trainer's Pokecallers and downloaded the Pokedex onto it. "And, of course, have fun on your journey! Don't just think that it's all about completing the Pokedex!" Smiling, the Prof. handed back the Pokecallers.

    Kiko gives her a small smile before looking at the others. After giving them a glance, he walks out of the lab. Then he walks to the edge of town and waits to talk to Silver.

    [color=white]Silver received the pokeball containing her partner Pokemon and also her Pokecaller back. She smiled, happy with today despite beinh late. "Thanks Professor Maple." she thanked and ran off after Kiko.

    Kiko watched her approach.
    "So, you ready to fail on your journey?" He said quietly, giving her a look.

    Alrighty! Archy, c'mon out!" Jamie threw her Pokemon's Pokeball into the air and the small Puppyre came out. "Ready to train? We gotta get ready for the Gym battles ahead! And I am soo pumped!" The Puppyre smiled, and nodded. "Puppyre!"
