Appearance: Jesse stands at 5'10" and is suitably strong although he might not look it. He has messy brown hair that comes down to about his ears and probably needs a cut. Sometimes Jesse's hair falls over his dark hazel eyes, one of which he was blinded in after the start of the apocalypse. Jesse's blind left eye is a touch lighter than his right and it appears almost cloudy.

Personality: Jesse is known to be very confident and loud-mouthed at times. He often can't resist making a lame joke or coming up with some remark just to get on someone's nerves. During disagreements, Jesse is typically on the unpopular side that advocates for the more brash and aggressive solution to a problem. He works hard to keep up his tough reputation and doesn't care who he has to steam-roll over to do so. Jesse can't make himself look weak. However, below all of that hostility and spunk, Jesse can be very loyal and caring for those he trusts. He tries his best to be indifferent, but most can tell that it's all just an act.

History: Jesse never had a complete family to begin with. He never had a real father in his life so he lived mostly with his mother and older brother, Milo. When Jesse was twelve and Milo nineteen, their mother left them and was never seen again. Jesse's brother was good to him and took care of him for the first year or so, but things changed when Milo got in with some shady crowds. Milo started coming home late at night, coming home drunk, beaten up, or not even coming home at all. Jesse didn't even know where his brother was when the apocalypse started. During the apocalypse, Jesse was struck in the eye with a shard of debris. He is now blind in his left eye.

Appearance: Connie is fairly small and skinny with very little muscle. She has wavy blonde hair and thick-rimmed glasses that she is virtually blind without.

Personality: Connie is your brainy and quiet type of girl. She is somewhat of a genius when it comes to math and science and excels in any challenge that requires knowledge or wit. She is a brilliant strategizer, but has a weakness when it comes to physical ability. Connie can be friendly and good-natured when comfortable, but from the start of any of her relationships with people, she comes across as very shy. Connie can trust others easily, but she never lets her guard down, no matter what. She's well aware that her lack of endurance could get her in trouble if she isn't cautious.
