    Bramblepaw bounced back. His owners had tons of odd animals, including a fennec fox, and a red fox. This one was much more skinny and malnourished.

    "Get back!" she hissed as the fox bounded closer, its amber gaze filled with hunger. She pounced to one side and clawed at it, it spun around and bit her fur pulling off some.

    Bramblepaw jumped forward with no training, he was caught in the foxes mouth. Her turned and clawed at it's eye. It let go, and snarled

    Bramblepaws back covered in his own blood. He wobbled on his paws, eyes wide.

    He leaned against her as the fox turned and ran off, although it still wasn't beaten.

    Slypaw, who had not been far caught the sharp stench of blood. Being blind meant his other senses were much stronger, then he caught scent of bramblepaw. "What did that kitty pet do?" he growled, unknowing he saved Riverpaws.

    He dippwed his head and ran up to bramblepaw., who was most injured. Shallow bite marks lay on his back.

    Slypaw shoved himself between the two, after flicking his tail in greeting to his sister. His paw wrapped in cobweb, as he pressed it on Bramblepaws wound, stopping the bleeding it quickly.

    "hey, do you want him to bleed to death?" he hissed back to her, eyes narrowed.


    Bramblepaw winced, but his smile seemed permanently planted on his maw. "let Slypaw do his work. i will come join you in the apprentices den when he done-" he was cut of by a gasp when slypaw put marigold on his wound. The cold wind had chilled it before the pulp could touch his skin.
