hadley stood guard infront of it.

"Hadley, are you capable of keeping Amberstar in here?" Jake growled.

hadley smiled, "Of course Jake."

Jake padded out of.the den smiling.

Amberstar looked around the den quietly.*Well, at least it's not too uncomfortable in here.* she thought to herself quietly.

Hadley sighed he whispered softly to Amberstar, " Are you hungry?"

"A little," she admitted quietly, looking at him.

hadley sighed, "Stay here im just going to get you something to eat." he raced a few fox-lengths away and back with a mouse handing it to her. "Eat up."

"Thank you, Hadley," Amberstar meowed gratefully, eating the mouse just a few bites."Why does Jake want me here?" she asked curiously, hoping he'd answer her.

hadley sighed, "A clan cat took his three kits."

"I'm sorry," Amberstar meowed softly."But I still don't get it. Why me?? Why not someone else?"

hadley shrugged.

Amberclaw thought for a minute before asking another question."If he's so mean and kidnapped me to get revenge on a Clan for stealing his kits, then how come you're so nice to me?" she asked curiously, hoping she wasn't being too pushy.

hadley sighed, "His kits names were stripekit, blazekit,and swiftkit. why am i so nice to you is because i have no reason to be mean to you."

"That's a good thing," Amberstar meowed."I know the kits you're talking about," she added."They're in my Clan, and were adopted by my deputy and his mate."
