SteamGaze nodded, water dripping off his pelt. "I'll get the water off your pelt." He began to lick MockingHaze's pelt roughly, cleaning off the rainwater.

"Alright, but wait until we get inside, mousebrain! I'll just get wet again out here!" Mockinghaze purred and with that last remark, she bounded inside and sat in her nest.

"Mousebrain y'self!" He purred, padding after her and licking her tail.

Mockinghaze grinned and put a paw on his face, purring. You're the mousebrain here! She said to herself, playful.

SteamGaze laughed. "Getcha dirty paws off my beautiful face!" He batted it away, and licked the fur on her face the wrong way.

"Hey!" Mockinghaze smiled and bowled him over, and licked him straight on the nose before sitting back down in her nest.

"Do you want to be dry or not?" SteamGaze purred.

"Fine!" Mockinghaze huffed and pretended to be annoyed before smiling and started to groom Steamgaze.

SteamGaze dried off her belly fur quickly.
